I thought I was getting a video recorder and then realized I can host webinars here too?!?!
What do you like best about the product?
Probably one of the highest quality video recorders, from video to screen sharing and everything in between, everything can be recorded at the max, just make sure you have enough storage space for saving these files locally.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't on Riverside specifically but I bought a Logitech "4k" camera in 2020 and now I am being told it's not a 4K camera and have to go out and buy another camera to utilize the 4k quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, I was looking for the best way to capture video and then repurpose it for social media. With their AI, within a few clicks, I have numerous short clips I can share on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact we can produce our entire podcast, edit and generate the promotional content is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to use it on other browsers, just so everyone could use it!

All-in-one recording studio!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Riverside.fm is the ability to edit a self-recorded episode of your podcast with ease. You do need to know how to navigate the dashboard and understand production terms, but, it's simple and easy to use for a seasoned technical marketer. It integrates easily with Spotify for Podcasters and other podcast distribution channels. I use it 3-4 times per month for my podcast episode with guests and without. Their customer support is faily responsive too and the Facebook Group has lots of interaction and learning for those who don't have the budget to pay for the training .
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the speed of the exported clips. That's something that isn't too bad but it's the only thing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to worry about local recording of files.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, this has worked very well. The recording is beautiful. I use it for video and for audio only. The AI tools seem to work very well and has cleaned up my mess of a recording very well. I have yet to do a recording of someone distant but I am expecting great things. I has been a little awkward to get started but once I got the hand of it, I was able to implement it very well. I use this twice a week on average.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was a little awkard initially but the YouTube videos helped and once I got the hang of it, it's been easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create my audio podcast and my YouTube videos for my coaching business and for my law office.
Best podcast platform EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
For the past few years I hopped around from one podcast platform to the next always searching for the quality features I wanted my podcast to have -- from the video/audio quality to a host of other features like teleprompters. Hands down Riverside is the BEST EVER! And the price is very inexpensive for what they offer. I can even host my webinars and other video content. YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED!
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently thought I was previewing my podcast and realized it was set to livestream and it took me an hour to figure out how to turn off the livestream. It wasn't very intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I often need to record interviews with subjects around the world. Riverside has been the perfect platform for me for ease of use and quality. I used to always have to battle poor internet connections resulting in low resolution and glitchy recordings that often times were barely usable. With Riverside, I always get quality files to work with. Just a much more professional experience than what I had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless I'm missing something, you can't use a virtual background in Riverside. Although I much prefer having the actual background for recordings, I occassionally come across subjects who would prefer the option to have a virtual background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using other paltforms (like Zoom), the quality of the files I got to work with were entirely dependent on internet connection. Often, the quality was very poor. With Riverside, no matter the connection, I always get a quality file to work with.
Riverside is more than an ''app''. It's a community.

Like, everything. I will never stop singing the praises of Riverside, what it does, how it does it, it's community, it's team, it's support, it's FB group...

Nothing to dislike in the slightest to be honest.

Riverside has solved the problems of capturing excellent audio and video for all of our clients
Slow Support
What do you like best about the product?
On the surface great product, which should shorten our editing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there's not a lot to love. Incredibly slow support with an issue we've had with Synching audio. It's been over 4 working days since we contacted and have chased multiple times since. Classic SAAS type sales, lots of sales support but not a lot of technical support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now not a lot. It's unusable and we signed up for 1 year.
Riverside makes podcasting simple and remarkable.
What do you like best about the product?
I can't choose one favorite thing! I've been impressed by the ease of recording, editing, and publishing. The help library is fantastic.

So far everything has been smooth and when I run into a bump, I figure it out with the help library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside makes editing almost enjoyable! I cannot believe how streamlined and simple it's become. I love being able to publish directly to Castos.
Easy to use and Exceptional Quality!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. Not only do I use it for my podcast, The Music Industry Blueprint Podcast, but I also use it to record videos and modules for my online training courses. The ability to record my screen and the clarity with which it records are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew how to change my background and mix it up a bit.
