I wouldn't do Podcasts without Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the recordings are fantastic and after editing the normalise audio function makes the output sound great. I love the text to video editing - this makes the process of editing so much easier. I also love that they are continually adding new functionality that is actually useful. For example they just added a mute function - which sounds simple - but means that all those interruptions and loud laughing that can ruin a recording are easy to take out.
They also have good tutorials and regular webinars with useful advice.
Support has been excellent when needed. It doesn't take long to move away from the AI bot and onto a helpful person.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating to find that some functionality is only available at a higher subsciption level. I am only one person and my subscription is good value - but it would be good to be able to schedule more sessions and add personalised backgrounds on my laptop without having to pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the process of creating podcasts simple and fast, but at a professional quality level. I simply wouldn't bother without it.
Riverside FM for Podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule and record with RiversideFM. The software also makes it easy to send invites and record with guests.
The AI features of the reocrding are very helpful and easy to use.
I love the transcriotion and how easy it make to edit the content.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I will can say about RiversideFM is the lack of ability to change some setting on the video

Needed Podcast software, as a first-time podcast starter
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to learn and udnerstand the software and has a offering of very good and needed tools to tune your podcast. I'm still in a learning phase for podcast creation, but Riverside gives me the feeling taht I can succeed and helps me create great content that looks rofessional.

Sometime the processing of video, afer an edit, can take some seconds.

It helps me creating videos and my podcasta in an easy and profesional manner.
Makes podcasting easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside makes it easy to record, easy to edit, and easy to download/share content. I appreciate the AI feature that autocuts clips and adds captions, for super easy social sharing. There's a lot it can do and it's makes podcasting very easy, especially for newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that they don't currently have a feature that blurs your background.

I started a new podcast and knew I wanted something that would make it easy and save me time. Riverside is very cost-effective and does everything I need and more.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is so simple and easy to use. Just enough to customize it and feel great about the polished and professional look and feel of the recordings.

I wish I had more options for backgrounds and branding.

WhenI started my LinkedIn live podcast, I needed better software to setup hosting guests and keeping the brand looking professional.
I tried using other software meant for gaming and livestreaming to make money from ecommerce, but this was not meant for what I was trying to accomplish.
My goal was to have a drop dead easy piece of software that made my life simple when doing weekly recordings.

The Easiest Video Recording Platform I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get up and running with Riverside. It's easy to produce, edit and deliver content. The AI capabilities speed up my pipelines. I especially love the fact that you have individual streams for each attendee.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see integrations with other solutions OOTB (eg Camtasia)

It's speeding up my pipeline for video and podcast content creation.
Makes Podcasting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside really takes all the hassel out of podcasting and makes it super easy. I'm a huge fan of their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. I feel like there are plenty of features that make the product great. There are always little tiny things, but they seem to fix those pretty often. It's a nice balance of platorm improvements and new features - I know that can be a difficult thing to balance, but they seem to do it well.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is so easy to use and the riverside university makes learning fun and quick. I like how much AI helps make show notes etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that my co-host and I cant both be producers and that there are not more sound efffect buttons. Having more brand options would be grate also.

Processing Issue for Recording Session
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite think so far has been the quick assistance from the Help Center. A member named Glenn got right to the issue and answered my questions, while solving the problem in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to directly upload from Riverside to podcast streaming service (e.g. Spotify, Apple Podcast, and others) without having to port it to Spotify for Podcasters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason for my using the app was because it provided a space for me to record my podcast after 'Spotify for Podcasters' did away with their recording feature.
