Took my workflow to another level
What do you like best about the product?
It has made everything so much easier and helped with my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to use with multiple people in the same room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes having guests possible, Makes video podcasts so easy it is actualy worth doing, makes editing super easy, The social clips they generate are worth their weight in gold.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has completely transformed the way we record and produce our content! The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and packed with features that make remote interviews and podcasting seamless. The AI-powered transcription and editing tools save us so much time. If you're serious about high-quality podcasting, interviews, or virtual content creation, Riverside is hands down the best platform out there. I use the platform weeekly to create content. I can easily integrate Canva and other files and overall the implementation is top notch! Have not had any issues, but I am sure customer service is awesome if I needed anything at all. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times is slow to respond, but that is most likely my internet. No dislikes!

Makes Remote Production Seamless and Enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.FM has completely transformed my remote production workflow. The ability to record high-quality video and audio locally means I never have to worry about poor internet affecting the final product. The interface is intuitive, and features like multi-track recording and 4K video support make editing a breeze. I also love the automatic transcription feature—it saves me so much time bouncing files around from different apps. Overall, Riverside.FM makes remote collaboration smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable, no matter where my team is located. Being able to produce high quality content remotely has changed how we look at the creative assets we are putting out into the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing links to recording sessions could be much smoother. Being able to click on a session or a "..." menu on a scheduled session and be able to get a link would be much easier than having to enter a session and pull the link from there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a fully remote Saas company and our employees are spread out all over the US and some in Central America and Europe, so filming in person videos is incredible difficult and requires a major need to get to budget to pull off. With Riverside, we have been able to produce a lot more content than we would have been able to do otherwise. It has helped our content pipeline in major ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily edit my podcast episodes with riverside. It is so user friendly and I've barely even scratched the surface of all the things they have to offer!

I don't dislike anything, everything has worked well for what I need it for.

It allows me to record with myself and my guests, and easily edit so I can use the content

What do you like best about the product?
Today? Or everything? Today's appreciation for Riverside.fm goes for customer suppport. I had thought a 45 hard-to-get interview recording was completely gone from my Studio. It was not, but the date on the Project was not what I expected. When the customer service associate offered me the location and what happened, he was kind, thorough, and made sure that he found my project, but also that I understood what happened so I didn't make the same error in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides? While it's awesome that recording and uploading happens so quickly, I've had to make it a point to ask guests to keep their devices on and connected to the website for about an extra 30 minutes (and had to call them to get them back online when I've not mentioned it). Not a terrible deal, it might be worth it to make sure that both/all connections manage their own feeds to merge at the server.

Marketing through my podcast, including YouTube video.

So far there is nothing I dislike about it except the price is a bit hefty.

Best Possible Tool to Make My Podcast a Reality!
What do you like best about the product?
I learned about Riverside when I was a guest on a podcast that used it. I saw then how stable the environment was, and my host extolled its virtues. When the time came to start my own podcast, I signed up for my own account. As someone brand new to creating a podcast, I was incredibly impressed with the easy operation of the program. Riverside provided great "how to" videos to get me started. Also, when I made a few rookie mistakes and accidentally deleted files that I actually needed, Riverside customer service was incredibly gracious in helping me. Not only did they restore the deleted files, but they treated me as a valued customer, without any sense at all of "talking down" to me. Also, I have found editing a recording on Riverside to be an absolute joy compared to any other tool I have used. Once you get the hang of a few basics, editing on Riverside is simple, straightforward, and frankly fun. I now produce weekly episodes through Riverside, and I also use it to record lectures for university courses I teach online. I have recommended Riverside to colleagues as the very best tool for starting a podcast!
What do you dislike about the product?
Riverside is not widely known outside of the podcast scene, so I always have to spend a bit of time explaining it to my guests before proceeding with an episode recording. This isn't a huge problem, but it's the only "downside" I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Riverside.fm solves for me is editing. Riverside makes editing a podcast recording simple and easy.
Riverside turned me from a novice to an expert
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is a useful, intuitive video/audio editing software that functions in-browser. It uses AI to create a transcript after you're done recording, which you can use to edit or mute specific people or words. Magic clips makes creating market-ready clips as easy as hitting a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be a little slow at times, but other than that, the convenience and simplicity kind of makes any downsides irrelevant for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to run my podcast and host meetings in riverside! It's really versatile and great.
Riverside literally cut my editing time 75%
What do you like best about the product?
I am completely new to Podcasting and Video creation and i was really getting fustrated trying to learn all the video editing software. I was literally taking me forever after recording my episodes to edit them and i was pulling out my hair. But i can honestly say Riverside has made recording and editing my podcast simply amazing and so easy to integrate into my workflow. I honestly enjoy making my podcast now and look forward to it each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest i cant find anything because the one feature i was kinda missing just got added with Video overlays. Now i can completly record and edit my podcast all inside of Riverside from start to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters time editing especially as someone completly new to all of this and being ready to quite trying to learn all the other editing software. And Second there A.I audio software. I will say i know nothing about EQ or audio and my mic is a $100 Moano mic so not great quality but there A.I software really makes it sound like i know what i am doing.
Creating a podcast couldn't be easier
What do you like best about the product?
I can log-in as a producer with seamless functionality, AI capabilities to make social sharing more efficient, and easy to understand user interface with our podcast guests. The ease of implementation and integration into podcast platforms is another huge plus. I use this platform at minimum bi-montly, eventually monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable to me. Sometimes, the transcripts get off, but it's super easy to fix and address quickly.
