As well as the ai needs and update to improve in its summary and keyword when its generated. if it's possible for them to make it more natural when the ai works in writing he summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best Podcasting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The selection, edit, and export process are so simple. I have people commenting all of the time that they think I take a lot of time to edit but Riverside is my hero. Using it with my Mac is seamless and easy. We were able to crank out 25 episodes because of Riverside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, a few more magic clips would be good. I would also like to be able to tag a clip in real time to remember where it is for social use later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, efficiency increase, and we now can do more things by using Riverside as a personalized editing assistant
It's probably awesome, but not a good experience at all for me so far.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can export individual audio tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled a LOT with getting the studio set up for recording an in-person podcast with remote guests. We have a professional audio engineer on staff and we could not figure out how to get the audio set-up correctly. We're fairly tech-savvy people and really struggle for hours with getting started, and even then, the end result was not good. I work in tech and I'm a professional videographer, and I am blown away by how much we are struggling with the platform.
Furthermore, it takes an obscene amount of time to export clips.
The first test clip we did was 1 minute long and it took over 20 minutes to export. The next test was 4 minutes long and it took over an hour.
Our show is ~2 hours long, so I'm expecting the exporting to take a full 24 hours.
There are help articles online, and live chat feature on the website, but it really puts the onus of onboarding on the end user.
I understand how popular this tool is, and I see the potential, but it's starting to feel like maybe it's not the best option for a hybrid in-person/remote podcast.

It is allowing me to feature remote guests on my podcast which allows me to have a much more diverse cast of guests.
This has totally changed how we record and edit our Podcast
What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend a lot of time editing our podcast and now it is so easy. The recording transcribes what you say and it is as easy as editing the transcript. I’m saving hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found recently that Magic Audio distorts the sound a little and so I stopped using that feature, but it doesn’t affect the sound at all to leave it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t reported any issues yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Soooo many features!
I dislike that I'm not more familiar with it, wish I used it earlier. That would help me more with the learning curve. Sure, I have the basics down now, but I feel like it can do so much more than I'm doing. It is very easy to use and implement.
However, it should change soon, because I use it every week, and am starting to use it even more often. It's become my go to for high quality recording.

Riverside.fm has completely transformed my video recording experience! As a content creator, I need a solution that balances high quality and affordability, and Riverside delivers on both fronts. Recording YouTube videos with screensharing has never been easier, making it my go-to platform.
Inviting guests is a breeze compared to other software I’ve tried. The interface is user-friendly, allowing everyone to join seamlessly, which significantly enhances collaboration.
The editing capabilities are simply amazing. I love the text-based editor, reminiscent of Descript, where I can highlight and delete text, and seamlessly edit the video at the same time. This makes the post-production process incredibly efficient.
Riverside’s AI features are a game-changer. The Magic Audio delivers studio-quality sound, while tools that remove filler words and breaks help streamline my content beautifully. I also appreciate the Magic Clips feature, which effortlessly creates short-form vertical videos for social media—huge for my marketing strategy!
One of my favorite features is Magic Edit, which allows all my configured settings to run simultaneously, saving me a ton of time. Overall, Riverside.fm has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their video production process!

The best solution for podcast creators
What do you like best about the product?
Editing through the text only is a genius way of tackling the editing problem.
For me, this was the difference between having a podcast and not having one, because traditional editing was just not going to work for me. Too time consuming and stressful.
Still getting the hang of the editor for when I do need to add clips or mix multiple videos, but so far everything I tried was super easy to accomplish.
I love that you can record, schedule, and manage everything in one place

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better editor for layers of content (or maybe I didn't understand how it works) but usually when I need more complex additions on top of the podcast content, I take it to clipchamp to finalize the edits and export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A truly easy way to edit podcasts professionally with minimal effort.
Perfectly balanced use of AI capabilities, driven by me as a user. I never feel like there's something I cannot control - the AI is minimalistic and does a perfect job making your choices sound and look great at all times.
Very interesting way of handling sources VS outputs, took some time to wrap my head around it, but I love that you can control different versions for the same project easily.

Simple Tool for Podcast Guests
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm is an amazing tool to easily record interviews with guests for our podcast. Super straight forward and easy to navigate. Our guests have enjoyed how easy it is for them to use too. Oh yeah, and the audio quality is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints from us. We love it and can't wait to start using the video feature soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm solves the problem of being able interact and record high-quality audio from our podcast guests that don't live local to us. We are able to include guests from around the US and not worry if the audio quality is going to be poor.
