I'm finding it hard to navigate and access what I'm looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Magiclips and editing that happens automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find stuff that I'm working on if I go to a new page. Additionally, the project link I sent to other collaborators doesn't provide me with editing options or access to Magiclips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It generates clips for posting to SM

What do you like best about the product?
The community support with the training videos and webinars and also the response to support via email has always been great
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while it gets stuck while I'm editing the videos and I have to back up and then go forward again... but it's always been very temporary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The editing makes it very easy because you can edit via the transcript

I've gotten back hours of time producing my podcast with Riverside

  • June 06, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to edit whole episodes within the Riverside platform has given me hours of time back. Being able to hit a button (Smart Layout) and have each scene populate based on who's speaking was a godsend. Plus, with the practical and useful features coming out each month, they constantly surprise me with features that continue to make the editing process easier and easier. I get to focus more on building out content rather than manually editing each part of every episode. We were able to easily incorporate the use of Riverside in our podcast production right after we started our podcast. Now, I use it for every episode and can't imagine going back to the old ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes about Riverside. My only suggestion is having a monitoring system for audio to use when recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Riverside is solving is time. Being able to edit via transcript and automatically create clips without losing quality from every episode is the largest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a meeting and invite attendees, especially when it comes to dropping someone a link at the last minute to join. The process for guests to join a meeting in Riverside is easier than any other video platform I am familiar with (like Teams or Zoom).

I also enjoy how easy it is to edit footage after-the-fact by deleting parts of the transcript instead of having to listen to the recording over and over again.

Finally, I want to mention that the AI Producer features that help bring peoples' audio levels up, cut out filler words, etc., is super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a direct integration with Canva. After recording in Riverside, we often do a lot of post-editing in Canva—adding intros, images, animations, and more. It can be time-consuming to export from Riverside, re-edit in Canva, and then export again. It would be so helpful to edit Riverside footage directly within Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is helping us bring our company’s stories to life. It makes it so easy to hop on a call, have a meaningful conversation, and quickly turn it into something informative, engaging, and polished.

The perfect All-In-One podcasting Tool (as a beginner)

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the tools and features I need are now in Riverside, from recording to publishing. Recording is a breeze, sending the recording link to guests, and the process feels just like a Zoom meeting. Since I first started using Riverside, they have added several editing tools that allow me to easily balance audio, edit the transcript, and add background music.

When I'm ready to publish, I can send my episode straight to Spotify for Podcasters, and I love how easy it is to get an episode live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the customer support has been decent, though I've had some challenges recovering old recordings. I understand that maintaining old recordings is costly, but sometimes life gets busy, and it's disappointing to get excited to edit only to see that a recording was automatically archived.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording, editing, and publishing my podcast

I would love to see more options for edits, and partnership opportunities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with launching my podcast and helping me get my story out to more people.

AI quality can vary, but it gets better every episode.

It has a reliable performance and smooth streaming experience, guest onboarding is super easy and recording quality is top notch
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface should be a bit more modern, also they were a few bugs when switching cameras mid stream
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The other tools used to keep on freezing mid stream but our audience now enjoys uninterrupted, professional quality interviews

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to go live with just a few clicks, solid connection quality, great audio and video sync even when guest had a weak connection
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little while to figure out how to invite guests properly, can also get pricey if you're just starting out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
