A Great Platform for Podcasters
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both me and my guests. Once they are logged in, it's as easy as hitting the record button!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it only works with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. I want it to work with Safari and other browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording my podcasts via long distances. That allows me to expand who I can interview.
Effortless Editing Across Devices with Powerful New Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the platform. Whether it be on the browser, in the app on the computer, or the app on my phone. Also all the new editing features make is so fast to get an episode up. The new dual audio for in person is a big help as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that drives me a little crazy is when i make edits to the screen layout when editing. When I change he layout the little box that says save pops up and sometimes gets in the way of me switching the speaker. Very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a podcast so it allows me to easy capture interviews with guests from all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m truly impressed with Riverside and the way it keeps getting better. When I first started, I knew nothing about video editing, but I quickly became skilled enough that people now reach out to me because of the visibility I’ve gained. Riverside has opened up several new professional opportunities for me and has helped me share my message with new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I might say that I dislike about Riverside is that because of the new continuous offerings there’s always something new to learn but I realize that’s a completely softball answer. It’s really great. I’m really impressed with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary advantage I’ve gained from using Riverside is the ability to create content for LinkedIn, which has helped me become more visible and effectively share my message. This increased visibility has allowed me to convert viewers into clients, and I’ve also used Riverside’s tools to boost my clients’ profiles, making it easier for them to hire me.

What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video quality are consistently excellent, and being able to use my iPhone as my main camera while routing audio through my Rodecaster Pro has been a complete game-changer. Once the workflow is set, Riverside gives me a polished, professional look without needing a full studio. I also appreciate that the team listens to user feedback, it feels like a platform that’s actually evolving with creators, not against them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a noticeable learning curve, especially when switching from other platforms. Some workflows like getting my iPhone set as the main camera without ending up in a split screen can feel a little confusing at first. A few features could be more intuitive or streamlined so creators don’t have to hunt through menus or community posts to figure things out. Once everything is set up, it works well, but getting there isn’t always straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside solves the biggest challenge I had as a solo creator: getting high-quality video and audio without a full studio setup. Being able to record crisp video with my iPhone and clean audio through my Rodecaster Pro gives my podcast a professional look and sound from home. It also lets me keep everything organized in one place, instead of juggling multiple apps or tools. Overall, it streamlines my workflow, saves me time, and helps me deliver a better final product for my audience.
Perfect Platform for New Podcasters—Simple, Supportive, and Empowering
What do you like best about the product?
As a new podcaster, I committed my research to finding a podcast editing platform that provided simplicity and convenience for me as a user. I needed a platform that integrated AI along and one where tutorials were easily accessible; Riverside has provided all of this for me. Access to the Riverside Youtube channel has guided me through the process of recording, editing, and posting my podcast, and when I need an additional pick-me-up I review live broadcast that allow me to grow as a user! While I'm a novice podcaster, Riverside has allowed me to transition my idea of hosting a podcast to posting my very first episode within 2 weeks!!! Riverside continues to listen to user feedback, implement changes that enhance the user experience, and I have yet to find myself in a situation within the platform that has hindered my growth:) Lastly, the customer support has been exemplary! I use Riverside almost every day as I work to drop weekly podcasts, and in the only time I needed support they were timely, kind, and resolved my self-inflicted problem with ease, while assuring me throughout the process. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a believer in constructive criticism, I have yet to experience a dislike within the platform. A desire would be to have more versatile music tracks with longer run times:)

Riverside has provided an opportunity for our school district to connect with one another through weekly podcasts which is improving the culture of our organization and broadening our reach to the community we serve!

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and I love how they continually update the product.

Sometimes Rodecasters can be a little quirky but it's not a huge problem.

I record multiple interview shows on Riverside, as well as a solo show. I need something reliable with local audio.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside truly serves as a one-stop shop for podcasters, handling everything from show production to RSS distribution. I previously struggled for quite some time to get my show onto Apple Podcasts through Spotify, which was a frustrating experience. However, with just a few simple clicks on Riverside, my show was submitted and approved quickly, and it is now available on Apple Podcasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing so far that has been a little frustrating is the music available in editing is not available in the Studio. My theme music is not available, so I've had to make some adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside has a great set of production tools and keeps adding all the time! I also really like their AI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Riverside for around three years to manage two podcasts. Over that time, I have recommended the platform to several new podcasters. Riverside is reliable and packed with useful features. The built-in AI does an excellent job cleaning up audio, and being able to edit video directly from the transcript has truly changed the way I work. As someone with only basic editing skills, Riverside helps me achieve a professional level of production. I also feel that I have only begun to explore everything Riverside has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, there isn't much to comment on. I do wish they offered integration with Buzzsprout, or at least included all of Buzzsprout's features, so I could manage everything within a single platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, Riverside has helped me reach a broader audience with my products and services through the content we produce. It has been excellent in increasing our brand awareness and supporting our lead generation efforts.
