High Quality remote recording!
What do you like best about the product?
We were recording Zoom sessions to interview our remote employees for presentations...the quality was always lagging until we switched to Riverside.FM The video and audio quality are definitely superior and easy to use. Upgraded our account to a yearly plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if "producers" could also record the sessions, not just a HOST.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm gives me an easy way to conduct high-quality videos with our remote employees/interviewees. Having all of the videos available to download from the cloud is also very handy.

I just started my own podcast and Riverside has provided an amazing platform that creates quality content with minimal effort. I've been SO impressed with the quality of the program and the service. Give it a try!

Nothing! It has been wonderful thus far and I would expect that to continue for many years to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside has provided me with a platform to create and edit a podcast. The quality of the product has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with this purchase and plan to continue.

As a new podcaster, Riverside has greatly improved my workflow due to reliable and quality recordings? Also, the ease of use for doing interviews and for interviewees to log in.

There is nothing I currently dislike about Riverside.

Remote interviews which increase diversity and number of interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely intuitive. Riverside makes it easy to create and amplify your voice and the voice of others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced a downside yet in the two months I have used it.

I was having trouble creating 9x16 video content with my previous program. Riverside does this with a click of a button!
Great hosting platform for P.R.O.s
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is the platform I recommend to all my students of the P.R.O. Podcast Playbook. Simple to use, slick design, and unmatched audio and video quality keeps things professional for the Podcaster and live radio show host, alike. The fact I know my audio will be crisp all the way through regardless of connection is worth the price of admission itself and the producers out there will love the toys they supply to enhance your show and the marked clip feature to come back for easy access highlights for social media and promotions. A must for any Podcaster that wants to be a P.R.O.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not ready to have awesome audio quality, and would rather sound like you're stuck in a phone booth known as zoom, I'd encourage you to stay away from Riverside.fm
In all seriousness, the video rendering is choppy at times while you're recording and that's to ensure the quality is great on the recording, so be mindful of that for you or your guests if they wonder why they're looking like a mid 90s Nintendo character.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to curate great stories and share healing messages with the world. Riverside proveds me and my team with a easily integrated platform that can help my clients share their message with the world, chop it up, and spark a different way of thinking to the rest of their world through broadcast.
Amazing platform for maximum quality production
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond the fact it saved my life by having multiple backups even when my storage was full, saving an episode, it helps us shoot a remote show in 4K with perfect sync every single time.
I feel completely safe recording with Riverside, and the process following takes literally minutes.
Also, it helps us promote by easily extracting any type of social media format snippets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The one time I thought I lost an episode due to the browser inability to record, Riverside saved the day with a cloud backup that was uploaded while I was speaking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote podcast production in perfect quality and sync. There's just 0 competitors with their functionality and features. Life saver, and time saver. I'm using its social media export tool to promote our content and it saves a ton of time cutting snippets and changing formats.

The "studio" enable you to always have a proper session whether you are alone or with a guest. Noise cancellation, echo cancellation features are very powerful.

I believe that the role of producer should be enhanced to provide it with editing and exporting accesses for the wav, mp3 and mp4 files. Or we should create a new role for assistants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Riverside, I can have a high quality for videos and audios compared to ZOOM.
The platform is easy to learn and use.

I like the ease of use and functionality. I was able to get up and running in 30 minutes. Your YouTube videos are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remove echo and noise cancellation should be default not selectable. If you forget, it is either a redo or you have to take each track and splice.

The site helps me to produce high quality content, without any stress! Plus, whenever I have questions I always recieve high quality support!

I have had a couple of small issues as guests have not used the correct browser, however Riverside has been quick to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside produces high quality audio tracks remotely. This allows me to create high quality podcasts with guests from around the world. They also make the whole process very simple, I have never had trouble with the site crashing etc.
