Riverside.fm platform provides a great tech solution for acquiring authentic client testimonials.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Riverside for a couple of years now and its become an important part of the resource mix that I offer my clients. Doing interviews dealing with mental illness and addiction - the population is at ease when I can interview them in the comfort of their own surroundings. The fact that the interviews are also first person makes them all the more sincere, compelling and authentic. Studio functions are easy to set up and use. They are always adding new features that keep improving quality and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must admit, audio the biggest challenge, but the ai tools offered offset many of these. Since we are doing interviews in many homes the quality of internet connectivity is a bit of a challenge, but I dont see how Riverside can control that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside gives us intimate access to the guest we interview and really up the authenticity and quality of the content. If we do have hiccups with the tech side of things the customer support has alway gone above and beyond to help us sort it out.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is a user friendly platform with high quality audio and video. I especially like that seperate audio and video tracks are recorded which enable me to edit more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My video will not match the sound if I start and stop a recording in the same session

What do you like best about the product?
Promptly offered me the best solution I didn't even knew it was available in order to solve my issue. Much appreciated, made my decision to upgrade a more comfortable one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing in the platform could be improved in so much, if there's improvements on this area it would avoid the need for external tools and services. It's getting there but it is still not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording locally in the highest quality possible, uploading and syncing, solves several technical issues I've had for over 5 years of podcasting. Simple and extremely useful.

I was once an technical director for a television network. I know sound quality!! I only this this quality on Riverside.

I am still having trouble when I have a guest.

I want to record guests but I cannot hear them. The benefit would be to meet my launch deadline.
Extremely easy to use - You don't have to be a video expert!

Riverside is simple to use, which makes the video process much quicker. I can easily record and share a high-quality video with an editor, saving us so much time as a team.

Nothing! Riverside has transformed my testimonial process and made it easy to act quickly and effectively. I have nothing bad to say about Riverside.

Our problem was finding a tool that was easy enough to use and didn't need extra time to figure out how the platform works. With Riverside, you don't need to wait hours for the upload to finish.
Flawless video and easy interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple to use and helps me create the content I need to for my channel. The audio is absolutely flawless and the video is always clear. Sharing is easy and sharing what I make is just as easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading tracks sometimes takes awhile, but that is to be expected. Honestly I have never had a problem with the system so I don't have a whole lot to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is recording my video and that is the biggest help. Having a place to capture my video and seamlessly share my content makes my life as a creator so much easier.

Encountered a few small bugs, but nothing major!

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked in radio for 30 plus years. so much hassle over that time trying to connect with people in a studio environment. I once had isdn at home and it just kept dropping out. This is perfect. I am working at the moment from Lancashire to Adelaide, Australia with somebody with limited technical nous. This is the perfect and only solution. The transcript option is brilliant too.

I wish I had a few more hours each month but that is all.

The customer support and people have been lovely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical issues. Takes multiple exports to get the format you want. One episode we had to throw away due to overlapping audio issues. Export functionality is inconsistent. They offered no technical solution other than refund (which was appreciated but I don't care about $25. I need basic funtionality they advertise to actually work. **Update: They did fix the export issue I was having and it's truly appreciated. I've updated my review based on this. However, I do still feel anxious about the inconsistency in the functionality. If it all worked this is an easy 10/10. The inconsistency is anxiety-inducing though. Hoping this will be addressed soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothered me personally was the lack of ability to change the administrator's email address. For security reasons, I had to get a letter signed and stamped by the CEO to change the email address. A feature for some, but a nuisance for me!
