The user friendly platform we all needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic audio and video quality plus user-friendly editing tools, yes, please!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the app to be more advanced, but I understand that takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a podcast host, I needed a platform that had it all. That is was Riverside was able to provide to us. Video, audio, and editing all in one. Exactly what I needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video quality are so much better than Zoom. I like that there is one studio so you don't need multiple links - it just stays the same. I have also been using it to record program modules for my online program and it's working great. Love the video editing feature to easily make podcast snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the process for downloading an episode- that it has to come to my email. I wish my email wasn't involved at all. It doesn't even say which clip so it's hard to keep track of or find it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for recording my podcast and recording the video so I can upload it to YouTube. It has much better audio and video quality than Zoom which I was previously using.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about it, particularly its accessibility components. I've been recording people with disabilities, and this application has been so easy to use for them. Kudos to the dev team!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything that I dislike about it. It's been such a breeze to use, and I'm sure there are even more aspects of it that I've missed that will help my needs more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been looking for a system that will store, record, and transcribe my recordings with ease while also being easy to use for my guests, especially those with disabilities who use assistive technology.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use for my clients who are not techy and for guests who are used to other platforms. The ease of use and the intergration of Abode Premiere makes my life easier as a producer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in video and audio but it seems to have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can record remove interviews with two co-hosts that are remote and I can log in as a producer and not show up on video or audio.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Riverside makes post-production for me. Individual audio/video clips makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my audio gets disrupted in the feed which can be a hassle to try and fix after recording.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy RIverside, and have been using it for over a year. It provides impressive quality for video and audio content, and helps make it stand out visually. This is the only platform that I would recommend for video podcasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I mostly love Riverside, there are a few minor inconveniences that have been prominent within my usage. The primary one is the consistent lip sync errors that intermittently occur while using the platform. While they have not occurred lately, it does make the editing process painstaking, leading me to discard some of the content. Also, I would love for lower-thirds to be added to the platform, alongside a way for both guests to be shown during the editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem is with the lip-sync errors. While I have not had trouble since March, it nevertheless made much of my content with the errors unusable for an overwise great experience.
More often than not though, Riverside has helped create professionalism within my content providing high-quality content at the best convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
Our guests don't need to download or sign up for anything. They click the link and are good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not clear enough to the guests that they should not close their browser tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Zoom recordings for our interviews and conversations, and the chunky audio/video fidelity made us appear amateurish.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is great for meeting with other professors worldwide and recording online classes for our students. It's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe having virtual backgrounds in the future? And facilitating the permission to use Screen Capture in Google Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started recording online classes with professors worldwide for an online school at the start of the pandemic. However, recording in a video call service wasn't the best quality.
Very Straight Forward and Simple.
What do you like best about the product?
It seems pretty simple to set everything up and export. The recordings look and sound pretty good as well. So far so good!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could change the backgrounds for recording. It would look more professional if we could. I also wish we could assign the roles once I log in. Sometimes I am the host and sometimes I am the producer. I would like to be able to change that easily.

I do podcasting and it makes it easy to interview other people.
Easy to use and really reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality is great and the recording process is really reliable. The interface is intuitive and easy to use/explain - even with guests who have never used it before. The fact that guests can even turn up without headphones but you still get good quality audio is brilliant. The way the audio is recorded means no glitches or drop outs. And the new transcription feature is very useful I've been telling everyone I work with about Riverside!

Nothing. It's my go-to software for remote recordings and it has been so reliable.

Riverside offers a reliable remote recording studio which is quick and easy to use. I love how guests with no audio experience are able to use it without issue too
