What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has tutorials as well as checks in frequently to ensure the experience is a good one. The sound quality is good and they offer auto editing and making it very easy for new podcasters to take time to learn instead of being overwhelmed. I recommend to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think that they don't offer an unlimited plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They consistently work on all aspects of their audio, video, and tech ensuring an all around positive experience. I don't know everything on the back end, I can say however though that I feel they are always up to date and consistently inquiring with me through my account on how they are doing with every recording, audio or video.

I love how simple it is to handle, it was easy to understand how to use it and the final result is better than I expected

I liked everything, I can't think of anything negative about the tool

Great Podcasting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm makes it really easy for us to record our podcast. The platform is easy for us and our guests to use, as they just need to click on the link and join over a browser! By far the easiest high-quality recording platform I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firefox is my preferred browser, I would love to see it work there! Thanks!

Needed a platform that was easy for guests around the country to connect to for our podcast.
Keeps getting better and better
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the best part of Riverside is the ability to get high quality video when recording our podcast remotely. This has SIGNIFICANTLY improved the quality of our output in comparison to our old solution using alternative online conferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see is that it does require a strong internet connection so would reccomend if possible to use a wired connection. This does seem to have improved recently though and we are having less and less issues with connectivity when guests are dialling in using their mobile phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our podcast hosts now live in different countries in the UK, so the ability to use a reliable conferencing software with high quality video capture has saved us a lot of money on travel costs to get everyone in london each week.
Top Notch Platform for all your recording needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool has to be the backup recordings. Our show would have lost many episodes by now if it were for those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to allow guests to sit in the studio waitroom prior to admitting them for recording.

High quality recording or audio and video data.
Riverside makes us look (and sound) great!

It is user friendly and audio and sound quality is better than any other platform we have tried.

You do have to check several settings on a few different screens or areas of the platform before you start recording.

We needed to add a solid video element to our podcast and Riverside made it easy to do that.

What do you like best about the product?
Dual recording, and excellent customer service. i deleted a file by accident and they recovered it for me!

None that I can think of. All works very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy to use features and the quality of the video and audio for my podcast.

Nothing I dislike about the platfom thus far.

Having a high quality video podcast that I can shoot remotely. Also the integration to spotify for podcasters helps with hosting and making our podcast available on multiple platforms.

Can take a while to export videos, but that is the nature of video products and not exclusive to Riverside

Ease & quality of recording and saving the episodes prior to editing
It makes it super easy for me to just hit record, know the quality will be great & my editors to know exactly where everything lives when they need it.

Riverside is great for remote productions for both audio and video

Riverside's functionality is unmatched. We have never had a recording glitch or an issue with their platform. Their customer service is amazing and always accessible.

There isn't much to dislike about the platform. It's user friendly and easy to use.

They make recording remotely easy and accessible for all. This puts ease on our show's hosts and their guests, eliminating the need for a professional studio.
