The Best Way to Record Video Calls for Editing
What do you like best about the product?
Local recording means pristine sources with no internet drop out. Individual video and audio files per speaker allows for seamless editing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload existing video files because their automatic transcription of every recording is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pristine video recording without dropout or internet glitches. Being able to edit these individual source files easily is a big win, especially for video podcasts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! I am not very swift when it comes to technology. Riverside has made my experience worth every penny! Thank you for producing a superior project.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far l, I don't have any downsides. Every issue I have run into has been addressed quickly or has a video that explains in great detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The list is very long:
1) Saves me time everyday.
2) Makes editing fun
3) Ability to have screen by screen guests.
4) Overall extremely positive experience

Very easy to use and great quality application

Finding it very easy as a rookie to be able to produce a podcast and have it edited for spotify

The editing could be a little more in detail, then again could be me being new. that's the only bad thing I could say but again still new to it.

Enabling us to educate our clients and also bring in a new lead source

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Riverside.fm a few times now and the quality is perfect. I'm so glad I switched from Zoom as my videos have greatly improved since I now have full screen 4K and HD video of my interviews along with crystal clear audio. No more choppiness or having the video flip to the speaker. This is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had one issue thus far and it was that it took over an hour for a subject's video to upload from their browser due to internet connectivity. Riverside is working with me on improving this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A guest's video took more time than it should've to upload. It constantly uploaded at 16% during the interview and then took more than an hour to finish uploading after the interview was completed. The team is looking into this matter so they can improve the service.
Excellent quality, user friendly for the host and guests!

The ability to be safe with the cloud storage. The dedicated chanels indicidualized for all people involved and separated in audio and sound.

Having to pay for it to take advantage of this great software.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started putting together my podcast, I used Zoom...and it worked fine, I guess. But Zoom doesn't tell you about the limitations it puts on you, in regards to quality of video and audio. So I went looking for a better solution, and I found Riverside. It has been the best thing for my podcast, giving me exceptional quality audio and even better video. Customer service is A++. Riverside was the best decision the podcast ever made, and I'd give it 20 stars if I could.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that more people knew about it. Also, I've had several guests have issues logging in with a web browser other than Chome, and that caused a bit of a hiccup initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to have a best-in-class film interview podcast and they will be a great partner for my business going forward. I can't say enough great things about Riverside.fm.
Amazing all-in-one tool for podcast recording
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Riverside. Additionally, it provides an all-in-one solution with high-quality podcast recording. I appreciate the automatic clip creation for vertical orientations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to edit automatically generated captions for short videos, which is currently the main drawback of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing is that, I can create podcast in both audio and video. Also it provides internal tools to audio normalize, so I don't need to make additional changes in audio on post-production.
Great tool for getting a podcast started with zero experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of us. It's very easy to figure out how to use the platform and get the first episode going live very quickly!

if you aren't using Chrome or Edge there could be an issue when recording. Other than that it's great!

Being able, at an affordable cost, to run a podcast from start to finish. It saves a lot of time.
Reliable w/ Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is easy to use and allows me to easily customize my videos by providing individually recorded tracks. It is also very convenient that it caches locally making the experience very seamless. I did run into a few issues when recording in the past but each time the support team has been impeccable, and they resolved my issues, and in am expedited manor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. I have not tried using all their features, so I can't speak on everything offer, but the primary function of the service is practically flawless for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to do post production on my videos and edit them on my own. I love how riverside let's me take everyone's video feed and export it individually for complete control over layout and placement.
