Easy to use and high quality!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and have guest on my podcast! I love that I don't have to have any equipment other than my laptop and a quiet room! Low barrier to entry for me and my business when hiring a company to produce a podcast can be thousands of dollars. And the production quality is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet! Overall I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to start my podcast without having to spend thousands of dollars. I am a solo-entrepreneur and my budget is tight and I can actually start a podcast on my own for low cost but have a high end result.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use and how simple it is to invite colleagues to collaborate. The recording quality is excellent, and the overall experience is very straightforward. The addition of AI editing and clips is fantastic as well. I also love how quickly it generates the clips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the editing features were a little more powerful and easier to use. I had trouble uploading certain clips that then lead me to downloading the videos edited here to then upload to another editing software to put the finishing touches. I also wish there was a search capability for the music and other clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of recording high quality videos with colleagues.
Effortless Setup and Reliable Quality with Helpful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to get up and running. Unser friendly interface. Tech is easy to select, and the process Riverside uses to ensure the best quality is so easy and reliable. Some AI features are ridiculously helpful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I’ve had to find videos to figure out, though you might think “crop” would be an easy thing to find! I’m glad it’s there! Magic Audio may still need some work, but I honestly can’t tell if the the level issue is the software or the mic. I’ll be creating over the weekend, and will report back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the message out, especially for an organization relatively new to the field. So glad we found Riverside.

The fact that it gives me the control I need while still being user-friendly for the people I need to interview.
What do you dislike about the product?
slight learning curve, but nothing anyone motivated to learn couldn't sort out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, I have clients all over the US that would like to film testimonials, and would love to pay me to do so, but to fly me out to do that is a lot of work, and they don't need a full videography team.
Riverside has been a great option to make testimonbial and interview content accessible for us to sell and our clients to purchase.

Simple and powerful recording software that's easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Editing into different formats is wonderfully done and makes sending out previews, teasers, and clips easier than ever. The AI enhancements to sound work better than other leading software platforms, and it's very easy to connect with guests, hosts, or producers to record remotely. I've never had a guest or host have an issue with connecting, or setting things up on their end.
The scenes and editors work smoothly, and while you have the option to export to other platforms like Premiere or Audition, it's totally optional and I've rarely had to exit the program to do anything I've needed. It's great software for recording remote podcasts and for hosting webinars.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey for sure, and not having a dedicated Windows app is a drag, but both of the downsides are present before you sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside offers a robust way to record podcasts remotely, without having to send files, transfer files to editing, or having to rely on third-party applications to create clips or episodes.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the software every week for roughly 2 years. During that time, the constantly improving experience and added features has made using riverside a pleasure indeed. I highly recommend this platform. The support team has also been great to work with. I accidentally deleted some videos and they came to my rescue! I also like the magic content - ai features. I've used a couple of other platform ai content generators, and riverside's ai has been the best to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features that continue to be added. Sometimes it takes me a bit to get into the rythym of how to implement them. I am used to using another video editing platform and although I know Riverside is a one-stop-shop for all my needs, I prefer to split my creation and ai editing in riverside, and my final edits and b roll in the platform I am very used to using.

This is the friendliest video editing platform we've used.

Effortless Video Creation for Solopreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I am a solopreneur and not schooled in video creation, editing or podcasting so I was looking for a platform that I didn't have to spend hours learning. Riverside is it. It makes all of these tasks easy and fun. For the most part it is intuitive and you can get started right away. For those who want to step up their game they have great customer support and education materials that walk you through step by step. At whatever level, implementing what you learn is easy. I do like the magic clips feature that saves me time and keeps me coming back for more. And the more I use the platform the quicker I can finish what I need to do.
I particularly like the show notes and summary which is often the basis for my marketing materials.
I had an editing issue that was happening because of my computer settings and the Customer Service team was excellent in helping me, communicating with me and supporting me through the technology that I had to implement.

Sometimes it is hard to very precise edits especially on the audio track but that is something I have learned to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is helping me to create content quickly and easily without having to work with an agency or other content creators. This saves me time and money. It takes the fear and hesitation out of podcasting. It made it easy for me to schedule and invite guests seamlessly. If I didn't think I could do that on my own, I probably wouldn't have done so.

What do you like best about the product?
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love Riverside! What use to take hours to edit, now takes minutes! It does all the heavy lifting for you, creates all your social media engagement posts as well, creates timelined notes for youtube and other platforms, and more!

What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with changing some scenes early on, but now I I got it figured out. Ocasionaly, when trying to swipe across the timeline, I end up going back a web browser page.

Editing efficiently, creating shorts, notes, podcast hosting, etc.
