Review of Epsilon3
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find procedures with with just keywords and has a lot of features that are helpful for customer support. Use it multiple times a day as the guides and procedures are always up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to locate the specific piece of info you need in the guide as there are a lot of steps and tabs that the info could be hidden behind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide information that would take more time to find in other platforms

I like the best that the procedures are explained very well and it is easy to understand and find them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about Epsilon3.

Epsilon3 is benefiting me by having all the procedures in one place and steps are explained very well.

Epsilon as a Knowledge Base
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration in available company resources. Ease of understanding the articles as Epsilon3 provides them truncated in a manageable size.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated for a knowledge base, but I know it's purpose is way bigger than only that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing handle time of me with agents and of agents with our customers.

It's comfortable for some guides on how to follow processes step by step.

It's really hard to find guides in epsilon, the search engine is just bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Epsilon3 for the guides that are created, it's making some difficult processes look a bit easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Every time getting logged out once Okta is turned off.

Easy steps to resolve the following issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much information Epsilon3 can have in its system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Epsilon3 can have too much though, and it is hard to navigate at times, and not the most user-friendly system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 solves my problems for when I need to know different procedures at work, such as technical procedures for troubleshooting.
Easy and quick way to create checklists&procedures
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive the tool is. I had to create new procedures during a launch campaign with only little time to spare. Althougth I only had little prior experience with epsilon I was able to create the checklists I needed without spending much time on learning to use the tool. I also like that the tool is web based. As long as you know your login data you can use it on any device anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print function could use some refinement. At least in Firefox when you print a checklist epsilon only uses the standard print function of the webbrowser, which outputs non-ideal documents. Sometimes a workstep gets cut in halve at the end of the page and the rest is printed on the next page. This can be a bit confusing when you are working under pressure at the launch pad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to quickly create checklists/procedures which keep me from making mistakes while working on fligth hardware.
It might be confusing, yet it gets it's job done and simplifies the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The idea that it is aways on hand, and you can return to the previous stem of the process to go through it again, if you missed something, incentivising you to learn about other resolutions, thus easying workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying Close this process e-mails which spam my google from time to time.

Workflow of corporate process. Makes it understantable and let's me focus on task at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Epsilon3 is how easy it is to use. It makes complex tasks and teamwork feel smoother and more organized, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Epsilon3 is that it can sometimes be slow, especially when dealing with large projects or lots of data. It can be a bit frustrating waiting for things to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 makes handling complex tasks easier. It keeps everything organized and improves efficiency.
