Epsilon3 On-Premise Site
Annual per-deployment site fee for an Epsilon3 on-premise deployment with Pro features and modules enabled (Requires purchase of Pro user licenses in addition). Epsilon3 is specialized software that supports planning, tracking, and analyzing a wide range of complex operations from manufacturing through testing and operations.
Pricing is contract-based and billed annually. Three cloud license packs each cover 10 users. The Basic pack enables Basic features and modules. The Pro pack adds the Pro feature set. The FedRAMP pack delivers Pro features inside a FedRAMP High environment for regulated deployments. All three scale by buying additional 10-user packs. A separate On-Premise Site option charges a per-deployment fee for hosting Epsilon3 on your own infrastructure. That site fee requires you to also purchase Pro user licenses, so it works as an add-on rather than a standalone plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one license for billing across the license packs?
Each license ties to one named user, identified by email. Paid seats are per-user, not floating. You can reassign a paid license to another user as often as you want. View-only users are free and do not consume a paid seat.
Can we add users partway through the annual term?
Yes. You add users at any time for a prorated price. Since packs cover 10 users each, additional seats let you scale up during your subscription without waiting for renewal.
How does the On-Premise Site fee combine with the user license packs?
The On-Premise Site fee is a per-deployment charge billed annually for hosting on your own infrastructure. It does not include user access. You must also buy Pro user license packs. Both charges appear together, so the site fee works as an add-on to Pro licenses.

Epsilon Streamlines Procedure Management with Powerful Features

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon is a great way to organize, store, and create procedures for use in a larger and scaling organization. There is easy access and split permissions to ensure only select individuals are able to create and edit procedures. The filtering and search systems are fantastic. The ability to upload pictures and files is a huge help to each process. The archive of completed or ended procedures ensures that no data is ever lost. There are constantly new features being released that allow us to improve our processes all the time, and expand the information we can capture. Getting the procedures transferred over and integrated into our manufacturing processes has overall saved us plenty of time and effort. Even from the initial implementation, it was easy for the procedure creators to get up to speed and start releasing usable procedures. Huge positive is that the entire Epsilon team is incredibly responsive, and even the AI help tool does a fantastic job at getting the correct information for my questions or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that Epsilon gets a little cumbersome or confusing, especially when trying to pass ideas on to technicians or users who are not as familiar with the interface. When asking for updated or new features, there can sometimes be a long lead time on those coming to a usable state. Certain features have been changed that were working great, and for some reason got an update to the point that they were no longer useful. Sometimes there are ideas that seem like they should be feasible or easy to accomplish, and it ends up that Epsilon is too limited in its scope, such as creating separate paths of workflows, or even being able to choose which part from inventory you would like to reference in a procedure.
