Epsilon3 develops software (SaaS) that enables innovative teams to plan, execute, and analyze complex operations. Epsilon3 includes enterprise-grade capabilities that help organizations streamline processes, track resources, and prevent costly mistakes and delays.
Epsilon3 is a US-based software company providing web-based procedure and resource management solutions designed for complex operations. Their AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) enables teams to plan, execute, and analyze critical processes that require precision and traceability. Common use cases include engineering, manufacturing, testing, certification, quality management, and high-stakes operating procedures.
Epsilon3 simplifies digital transformation with its dynamic, user-friendly work instructions platform, which includes role-based sign-offs and approvals, conditional logic, version control, real-time data sync, and a searchable database of as-run procedures. They often help their customers transition away from static, error-prone checklists managed with paper, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and other internal or legacy software that has become outdated and ineffective. On average, Epsilon3 saves its customers over $400,000 per year by reducing costly errors, delays, and operational inefficiencies.

Epsilon3 On-Premise Site
Annual per-deployment site fee for an Epsilon3 on-premise deployment with Pro features and modules enabled (Requires purchase of Pro user licenses in addition). Epsilon3 is specialized software that supports planning, tracking, and analyzing a wide range of complex operations from manufacturing through testing and operations.
Pricing is contract-based and billed annually. Three cloud license packs each cover 10 users. The Basic pack enables Basic features and modules. The Pro pack adds the Pro feature set. The FedRAMP pack delivers Pro features inside a FedRAMP High environment for regulated deployments. All three scale by buying additional 10-user packs. A separate On-Premise Site option charges a per-deployment fee for hosting Epsilon3 on your own infrastructure. That site fee requires you to also purchase Pro user licenses, so it works as an add-on rather than a standalone plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one license for billing across the license packs?
Each license ties to one named user, identified by email. Paid seats are per-user, not floating. You can reassign a paid license to another user as often as you want. View-only users are free and do not consume a paid seat.
Can we add users partway through the annual term?
Yes. You add users at any time for a prorated price. Since packs cover 10 users each, additional seats let you scale up during your subscription without waiting for renewal.
How does the On-Premise Site fee combine with the user license packs?
The On-Premise Site fee is a per-deployment charge billed annually for hosting on your own infrastructure. It does not include user access. You must also buy Pro user license packs. Both charges appear together, so the site fee works as an add-on to Pro licenses.
