Pretty interesting tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can make really complex procedures inside of Epsilon
What do you dislike about the product?
The content administrator needs to have a lot of experience to make great procedures. Running procedures is complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procedures that always follow same path, you do not need to think about them or remember them .
With better and modern UI the experience could be better!
What do you like best about the product?
Of course, Epsilon3 is a great way to find the procedures' processes, how to run them. Thanks to a great team who uploud and update the information!
What do you dislike about the product?
Epsilon, unfortunately, is not very user-friendly - it lacks a more modern look for UI, sometimes it is hard to figure out how to read the listed processes. I would like for the system to be more integrated with Zendesk, as in that steps would be directly described.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 helps with procedures that I do not encounter daily - helps to remember how to run them properly and accordingly.
1st time "Flight" appreciated Epsilon
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to redline/blueline modifications to operational procedures real-time while executing the procedures was very beneficial for a first flight of a development spacecraft system. The Comment function was used to record observations during flight to create a more detailed run log. Situational Awareness for multiple users in multiple locations on multiple platforms was also very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flat fee structure is cost prohibitive when one requires numerous operators but all seats are the same cost as the few editors and administration required. The ability of every editor to start a new run could create issues with multiple users following different runs during the same operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need many users to maintain situational awareness of operations simultaneously during a mission operation. We have also found Epsilon usefule for standard and test procedures where we can add comment and photo during the op.
a massive step up over our old methodology of e-PDF with comments
What do you like best about the product?
- clear and straight forward signature loop
- time stamped steps, etc work well
- great capability to export the time stamps for data analysis later
- typed notes much faster and neater than our old method of e-pdf with e-pen scribbles.

What do you dislike about the product?
- can't seem to make a comment which NEEDs to be reviewed/signed. As in, a comment which is a dependency to a whole card being signed (minor thing)
- browsing for the procedures / runs isn't the easiest, luckily the search works well enough
- sometimes hard to find the procedure and not the run.
- would be great to have the flight test limitations section as hyperlinks to our jira boards where they detail the limitations (this might be up to the test card creator, i can't tell)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a piece of software to have test procedures which can be signed, timestamped and commented (timestamped too). It does this very well
Epsilon3 Review - Creating and Running Test Procedures
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is simple and easy to use when creating procedures. The layout is also easy to read when executing procedures which is especially important in hazardous testing environments. I also like the abilty to add differnt types of media for each steps and use colors/ symbols to indicate key pieces of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Epsilon3 could have better integration with other softwares. Not sure if this is a limiation of the software or just something my company didn't use, but I think an area for improvement is the ability to easily connect/ link procedures to other websites and softwares containing relevent documention , version control, etc. This would also help the versatility of E3. I also dislike how seemingly unrelated notifications would show up in my inbox for approvals of differnt procedures that were not relevant to me. There were several instances where my notifcations would be full of approval requests for procedures that were not actually requesting my approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E3 is solving the problem of having a location to create, store, and track test procedures and runs. This is benefical when conducting a large number of tests across different teams that can be easily tracked and documetned in one place.
Excellent tool for collaborative process development
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the dynamic and collaborative nature of the tool for developing, iterating, and executing procedures and processes. The ability to customize the inputs and outputs to cater to my team's needs makes the quality of our work that much better
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to create template steps that could then be modified at certain variables. The snippets tool is great, but I want to have a configurable snippet after I paste it into a procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 allows me to execute flight operations procedures and also perform equipment validation procedures. It is helping my team keep records and evaluate data on time for execution and variations from run to run.
Very informative knowledge database
What do you like best about the product?
Easily understandable and efficient guides and they are easy to follow and it has a modern interface which can be used for creating, managing or executing procedures which is very valuable for teams handling really important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have integrations with broader ecosystems, customization could be more in depth and analytics and reporting could be presented easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is solving issues of complex workflow managing by standardizing and steamlining the proceses as well as error reduction and compliance because the manual workflows are prone to human error also it makes team collaborations way easier.
Great working tool, but still needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the step-by-step, tutorial like nature of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a bit confusing to use, especially with loads of different options to launch a run
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have guides established within the Epsilon3 database that help better understand a specific subject
Epsilon3 is a simple, straightforward tool for procedure development
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and small learning curve allows the ability to make procedures quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of decision tree logic could be improved to allow users to go down different paths depending on the outcomes of previous steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for time sensitive action to be taken in a timely and repeatable fashion.
Easy to use system for creation of procedures for repeatable processes
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collect data back from operators during assembly
What do you dislike about the product?
MES features are coming along, but currently relying on ERP. Still working through where the line between the two should be drawn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to capture SOPs and collect data from the assembly process
