It benefits me making it easier for me to assist another agents and guide them through the procedures.
Sometimes helpful, sometimes too difficult to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The precise listed steps, the design of the website itself
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can open a procedure and then you keep receiving emails about required action, I don't wanna open a procedure, I just want to see the steps I need to take in order to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me detailed steps of a certain procedure I might have forgotten steps of!
Too difficult to follow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon helps to work on certaintant things when you are not sure about the procedure.
Excellent software that helps me stay organized and track important information
What do you like best about the product?
The depth at which I can adapt Epsilon to my needs and make it work for me is super helpful. I especially like how I can split things into sections and have specific action-bys and that you can easily redline procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am updating a procedure and I click the redlines button it will take me to every redline including the resolved ones. I think there should be a better way to stay organized and just find the unresolved redlines instaed of taking you to every one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to archive procedures automatically and sort them easily. Also making sure every step is accomplished.
Great experience, Great guides.
What do you like best about the product?
That you cannot find anything. Easy to use. Good implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
No search engine. Number of lacking features

Recource library
Epsilon 3 is already way better than our old system and getting better every week.
What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 is fast, flexible, easy to use, and constantly getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I find a simple feature that hasn't been implemented yet. For example, if I need epoxy to set for at least 15 minutes before moving on to the next step I should be able to subtract the mix time from the end step time and ensure it's been at least 15 minutes. You currently cant add timestamps to formulas. I've already reported the need for this ability to the help desk so it'll probably be implemented in the next month or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any time I find a bug or feature that hasn't been implemented yet I report it to the help desk. Generally it takes 0.5-2 months for implementation depending on complexity.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Many use cases and helps with project management tracking. Great tool to use for component level testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Item check in/out feature could use some work. If an item is not checked back in and the procedure is ended, the item disappears forever...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing the whole team and other subsystems onto one platform instead of multiple different files/areas for tracking
Epsilon3 for Aircraft Flight Test
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all test participants monitor the test progress real-time is a game-changer as it keeps everyone on the same page. Post-processing of data is greatly enhanced thorough the time-stamp process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The generation of test plans can be a bit onerous, I really would like to be able to write on my test plans with a stylus, and a more seamless notetaking functionality would be much apprecated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 is providing end-to-end digitalization of flight test planning and exection improving alignment across teams and leading to more efficient flight test.
