A bit hard to learn but vastly useful once mastered.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down my work into easy-to-follow steps is immensely helpful. When I was learning how to deploy new devices before, I was stuck using some frankly outdated guides that had be left behind, but now the process of learning new equipment is pretty streamlined with Epsilon3.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance and a few times after using Epsilon3, it was incredibly daunting for someone not used to this work environment, after some healthy repetition and having a few questions answered by co-workers and exploring it myself though I had grown comfortable enough with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the headaches involved with learning new equipment and the various extra steps that get tagged onto my work when something in our supply chain or programing has gone wrong. INstead of having to remember a bunch of different obtuse fixes, they're now just steps I can click as done on Epsilon3.

Epsilon3 has made procedure running less of a hassle

What do you like best about the product?
Epsilon3 makes it very easy to create procedures by giving many options to build upon. The ability to assign reviewers, and give users different roles that they are allowed to sign off on are most helpful to me. There are many different ways to create steps for procedures with pretty much any form of user input - photos, checkboxes, user type input as well as more automated integration types. It has made what used to be printed out procedures to a much smoother, faster way of working
What do you dislike about the product?
Repeating procedures can be sometimes hard to manage if something is being repeated many times. It would be nice if the old sections that are now being repeated could be hidden and not take up limited space on the side bar. You could have option to show them and of course see them when procedure is over but ultimately they are out of the way to not confuse where you are at the time of running them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constantly having to print out procedures is a hassle, editing them had no formal way of reviewing and ultimately was changing an excel sheet. Epsilon 3 allowed reviewers to be assigned and formarlized the release of procedures that had been reviewed for safety, and correctness

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of Epsilon the most. I find the search feature to be most helpful. The best thing about this is the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I don't like the slow log in process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon is solving our systems area. We're trying to solve our most complex problems with Epsilon. I am more productive. Our business performance has increased.

Great Software for In-Depth/Critical Procedures

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of setting up a new procedure from scratch. Having multiple roles that can sign off on steps is super helpful. This is great for orgs who want proper control and management of precise operations without having to build up their own systems from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly have not had any issues in my usage. I will continue providing feedback as we continue developing test procedures. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running test stand operations for liquid rocket engine testing. This is super heplful for our rocket lab.

Still to early to know, but the concept is wonderful

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once it is fully functional it will eliminate
Having several different applications that are required to be used to complete one task. All the information will be in one spot and will auto populate where it needs to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only downside is, there is not a lot of intergration with the company information, yet. Also there is not any procedures that relate to the department that I work in, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it is not really solving any problems in my department, but I have faith that in time it will be a wonderful tool. I know when I started in software support and still to this day a step by step guide through some of the complex procedures we have to do on a daily would be amazing

Amazing Project Management

  • December 14, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the ease of use of Epsilon3 in creating sub tasks and assigning these tasks to members. When managing a small team, the options that Epsilon3 provides make this so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Epsilon3 had a stronger horizontal integration with other products. I was unable to (or unable to figure out how to) integrate Epsilon3 with other scheduling services like Google Calendar. Having this option would make the service much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 provides a project management interface that caters very well to aerospace operations, unlike its competitors like Google Calendar or Trello. Thankful for Epsilon3!

Solid System for QC and Test Plans

  • December 13, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, solid design, loads quickly, reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky to integrate with PLM software directly (we use Duro and Ion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better than TIPQA and word docs for test plans and work instructions
