Epsilon3 can be great for training but a little challenging to use for senior team members

What do you like best about the product?
We, in our company, use Epsilon 3 daily. I think Epsilon3 is a good knowledge base tool for procedures. It’s really helpful because it breaks down each article into clear, simple steps. This can be especially useful for new team members as it makes it easier to learn and follow the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the interface (it looks a little old) and the procedure titles with the codes can be a bit confusing which makes it harder to search for the right knowledge base and is a little time consuming.
While it can be helpful for new hires, it can be frustrating for senior team members. The procedure sections are not searchable until they are opened, so using ctrl+f doesn’t always work correctly unless each section containing the specific keyword is opened first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Epsilon3 as a knowledge base for our internal company's articles and guides. Some of these cover technical topics, which help me and others in the company find the right troubleshooting steps when needed, others focus on procedures - like resetting customer passwords or updating their account information on file. As I mentioned earlier - it's a great tool for the new hires as the procedures can be organized in step by step guides, making them easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can clearly select steps, after one step what do you need to do when multiple results can occur.
It is also great that guides/articles can be adjusted, whenever needed for updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface sometimes can be unclear, it is hard to use. But once you get the hang of it, it is really a good system for guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving if the procedure you need to follow is complicated and advanced, and cannot be simply explained in plain text. Epsilon3 jumps in with clear instructions what comes after what.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the step by step explaination and the pictures that it provides
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that you have to do a procedure or process. its best as a read only guide instead of haveing to start a procedure and end the procedure. seems to be a waste of time . following the steps are just as good in the menu
there are many times when we are looking for a simple step or process that is missing and do not have the time to go through the whole process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ram labels are helpful procedure
suspenbded batches to a point.
Certain procedures should be limitted to some agents who do not have the premissions to do some of the steps to advoid confusion

Sometimes it is diffucult to find the specific guides without having the correct link to an article already.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly for everyone in the organization, and the customer support is excellent

The Interface seems a tad outdated and could benefit from a facelift. Takes longer than usual to understand the material due to this

For very complex procedures, it is easier to follow the branching step-by-step approach of epsilon guides

What do you like best about the product?
I like epsilon3 because it has step by step guides on how to solve a problem, or how to perform a task. I use it a couple times per week, because the job that I'm working, requires me to research information in this platform. It is quite easy to use, because the search engine is pretty good, and its easy to find topics that I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Epsilon3 sometimes lacks the simplicity, it is quite complex and not very intuitive at first, when you just start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 helps me solve problems like troubleshooting credit card readers, it gives an instruction how they work, and how to configure specific settings on it.

Every procedure and every set-up is documented with step-by-step instructions, with multiple scenarios/options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it because the interface is not user-friendly. The documentation and the steps to complete some kind of procedure can sometimes be complicated and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epsilon3 helps me to understand how to perform tasks in the correct way without making any mistakes.
