New User, Love Experience so Far!

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features the service offers outside just scheduling. The analytics tools are very helpful, as well as things like the Canva integration. The previous tool my company used didn't have any of these so it's a big upgrade! The channel customization tool is also AMAZING! Perfect for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that, in the media library, the post could be tagged as "used" if it's currently being used in the schedule. I've been bulk uploading all of my content to the media library and have to go back and delete the graphic once it's been scheduled so I don't repeat it. It would be nice to avoid this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use the software for scheduling and this is is more than enough to do that. I've also been optimizing the times I schedule posts based on the analytics features which is not something I did prior to this service. I feel much more organized and professional. It's also nice having all social media platforms for each client displayed on the same calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None other than what I've said before. Make sure to utilize the support team if there are any questions at all. All of my concerns have been answered very quickly.

Helpful, but falls short in certain areas

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to preview posts and save them to drafts. I also love the access I get to all of our social profiles at once - especially the central mailbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the hashtag suggestions are exclusively for Instagram - as a company whose focus is on Twitter. The suggestions generated by the content feeds are also often unuseful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I notice the benefit of e-clincher to schedule posts, and to condense all social profiles (including Google Analytics) into one place. However, I feel that the platform does not make generating said content any easier, nor are the analytics for our social profiles entirely up-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the fact that you can see and post everything in one place, including Instagram, its very user friendly. The new feature they just added where you can customize the channel and even post those on separate dates and time is amazing. One more thing, the customer service is top notch. Always ready to answer and help out whenever I use the chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to use more than 3 campaigns at a time would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are posting more consistently across all of our platforms. Also, the reports have helped out tremendously. They have shown us where we need to work on things and what is working.

great tool, but not for agency use

What do you like best about the product?
We loved using Eclincher when we first started. The support was great, and we had an easy switching from our previous platform. It was a great tool, gave us a great insight to analytics and we loved using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We loved using Eclincher until we got to the point where we were managing over 50+ profiles. Once we got to that point, the system was always buggy and the support started to lack. We'd have problems and issues and support couldn't help us out. Most times, it felt like we'd ask them something and they couldn't comprehend what the issue was, it was kind of frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of putting all of our social profiles into one place. IT was great and worked like we needed it to before we got too large for clincher to handle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we had a few profiles, or even under 30 profiles that we were managing, this platform was great. But when you get to the point of being an agency where you host 50 or more, it's definitely worth it to look into other more affordable and platforms that other agencies use.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is good. Anytime I need help they're always there to assist. Anytime I have an issue, their customer service representatives mostly reply within a few minutes and can make resolutions of issues very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to post carousels on Instagram. It is sometimes difficult to post on Instagram because of the limitations. You cannot post multiple images on Instagram via e clincher. Also, the DM limitation is a downside. Users cannot directly message people via Instagram which make it a bother sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to better interact with customers and getting all your feed in one place. We're also better able to manage our company's different social media platforms all on one page. We are able to contact each person individually to attend to their needs and its a seamless experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its the complete tool which can help people to easily manage different social media account in one place. Its very easy to use.

eClincher streamlines nearly all my social media processes. I work with several clients and I'm able to manage all of them easily with the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Approval hierarchies are very useful in making sure client approvals run smoothly and in a timely matter
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the owner can add new users - even though I am an admin, I cannot add new team members and manage that way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy client approvals, usage of other media (gifs), hashtag recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a simple interface that is easy to use. I love that you’re able to link as many pages as you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, however I do wish there weren’t so many options to click for new pages to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of small businesses social media pages and create marketing material for them and schedule new posts

Great for Community Management and All In One Social Media Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The community management piece and the ability to have everything you need for organic social under one roof. For the price, this gives you everything sprout social does for half the price which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice to have better bulk upload features such as to use Google Drive or Dropbox with images instead of just web-hosted features. Instagram DMs would be great as well but that's easy to do inside of Instagram itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly solve the problem of messy and disorganized social media community management. It also handles all our hashtag research, scheduling, and posting for social media. This lowers my team's time in social media for clients in half.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers Google Analytics as well as social media monitoring. The ability to easily switch between clients, schedule posts and create custom reports is better than similar apps.
It is better than Hootsuite and their customer services is fast and friendly. I had issues that were solved by chat without disrupting the service.
They are constantly adding new features and perfecting the available ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track all clients in one software for many different social media channels, including Google Analytics without different logins is a huge time saver. The reports are pretty too.
