Solid Social Media Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy its simplicity and intuitive interface. The Inbox is a great way to monitor comments and messages all flowing in from multiple channels. Their customer service is very attentive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any technology that is constantly changing, there are sometimes bugs that pop up. Most get fixed quickly, however, some issues take a bit longer, though they are good about providing workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple locations' social media pages, and eClicher makes it easy to monitor their activity. Publishing makes it easy to plan out posts and see what's coming. Their campaign tags make it easy for me to report on custom metrics through their Analytics tools.

Its not always user friendly but that is more because of each platform, not so much Eclincher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving myself time instead of having to post individually
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have all of your other platforms set up then it makes this one much easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We struggled for years finding a social media scheduling platform that was able to support our social needs for 40+ clients. When we stumbled upon eclincher by chance, we were impressed with the support and training tools to get us started. Needless to say, we have been with them for over two years now. We love that the eclincher team stays on top of social media trends and integrates changes into the scheduling platform as needed (for example, adding a first comment option to Instagram postings). The customer service is also top-notch. It was like pulling teeth attempting to get a real person on the line at Hootsuite. With the eclincher team, they've hopped on same-day calls with us whenever we've run into an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations to what can be scheduled, especially on Instagram. I don't believe it's so much an eclincher problem, but more an Instagram problem, but we do still have to manually publish certain posts which require a lot of time for our social team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem before eclincher was finding a way to effectively manage dozens of social media accounts and their RSS feeds. eclincher has streamlined this process and saved our social time a lot of time and stress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it integrates with other tools such as Canva, sniply, video and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact it does not tell you the best times to post your content based on when your audience is on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily schedule posts across social media platforms with ease and add emojis as well. It saves me loads of time and it is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage multiple brand accounts and having the unlimited plan is more budget-friendly than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to substitute in photos, even with link verification, for some social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to manage a number of brands, across a wide range of social networks, and need to have a central location to schedule all posts from.

What do you like best about the product?
Full functionality, platform options, approval workflow and more. Seriously the best platform for my agency scalability and growing team. After reviewing close to 100 different management platforms this one is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the usability is a bit old, but overall I can't complain. I feel the functionality and value for the price is higher than almost any other platform for management. I wish the analytics reporting could be more customizable to add text boxes / titles and notes for clients etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval workflows, being able to create drafts. Functionality to easily switch between platforms. It also helps manage all the platforms i truly need to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes it can take some time to get used to, but overall it's been the best option and i will continue to recommend it for small or growing businesses and agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is pretty great. The interface is easy on the. eyes. Reports look great. As an agency the ability to switch brands is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website doesn't remember me, I have to log in every single time and I need to log in often. Clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central dashboard/command center for my agency to post and work from. It's pretty good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hashtag analytics would be amazing
