Great Value for Event Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I found the ability to create a website for my event easy. I was able to upload images, notify my guests of intricate details, and complete a seating arrangement. I could easily track attendance and remove and add guests as needed. Being able to do things in one place was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects wouldn't allow changes. For example, I wanted one section to be a particular color, but that feature wasn't available. If you want complex apps, etc RSVPify won't have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me resolve needing to hire an event planner to manage multiple areas. Our business is small and therefore hiring a planner was not an option.
RSVPify saved me so much money!
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify is exactly what I was looking for in my company's event registration system. It saved us so much money and gave us full control over all things required for us to track the attendees. Fully recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything particular. Maybe the landing page of event can be improved

All the hassle in dealing with other companies using event management software. This one is all controlled by me and works effortlessly.

Simple to use. A little pricey, but made responses super easy

The price was a little steep compared to others, but it had more features

Made it easy to not have to track down rsvp cards

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the process was to create an event and link for people to access easily and I liked how I was able to get notified by email every time someone reserved online and the QR code for confirmation. It helped me be sure to know how much supplies I needed for my event to know how many people to expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any downsides. I wish there was just a free or cheaper version for bare minimum use instead of credits given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to know how much food and supplies to get- to see how much parking we need and how much staffing we need for our event.
Awesome Event Registration Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify was user friendly and what I liked best was the automatic email reminders it sent to all registrants of our event. Additionally I was able to track the number of attendees and download a list of all registrants for our event. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations within the formbuilder that would have required us to pay more.

Track and control the number of attendees for our event.
Overall user friendly and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The event page itself is fairly easy to build and looks like a microsite when finished. I enjoyed putting it together. I also loved the reporting options. Had an issue with payment and customer support was very responsive and quick and helped resolve my issue rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions feel finicky and are located in weird spots. Particularly the Invite/Invitees function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to gather RSVPs for those we invited to join a council. It also helped us easily gather their shirt sizes, shipping addresses, and other custom fields.

I loved how I was able to customize my site!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislikes. Maybe I had a max of 100 guests before I had to upgrade, but honestly upgrading and paying was no big deal because I had the convenience of keeping track of all my guests.

Keeping track of all my RSVP's

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use this not just as a website for the event but the fact that you are able to RSVP on the same page is such a timesaver for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent really came across anything I dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like the most is I am able to add in the website differents types of sections which helps the creativity I am trying to show in the event itself. It has saved me so much time in being able to gather the RSVPs directly as well as information I would need for the RSVP and I just check it periodically.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of RSVPify is that it can be adapeted to the type of event you are having. The questions being asked on the registration page can be specific to your needs. It is also very simple for any person even if they struggle with technology. The registration link can be sent to anyone at any time and it allows for people to have ownership of their information. It is also great because you can have multiple events being planned at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not a major thing I disliked. I found the in person registration process a little difficult as you could not register one person at a time. Instead, the entire group would get registered even if they did not show up together. We encouraged tables to come together but with large events it is hard to control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When planning a large event with a large guest list - the time it takes to track every detail about each person becomes very time consuming. We knew that there were better ways to track these sorts of things online but nothing really stood out to us until we came across RSVPify.
We have to track many details for these dinner events like seating preferences, mobility issues, dietary restrictions and much more. Manually inputting these things into a document or by hand was taking time away from other jobs like fundraising and donor relationships. RSVPify is helping minimize the time it takes to do these things.

Great Experience, Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
They provide exceptional customer service and are quick to answer any questions. Their support team is very helpful and always available to answer any questions via the chat link on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features we would have liked to use that they haven't built into the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are considering adding a couple of the features we mentioned we needed.
