Simple, effective, does the job well

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to set up, and makes it really simple to capture who is coming to an event. We've been using it for over a year and have never had any complaitns with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If like us you are an irregular, free event it is expensive even at the lowest pricing tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to set up a simple site for our free event and take registrations

Great Easy To Use RSVP Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to customize invitations using the RSVPify platform. As I was planning one event another opportunity felll in my lap. I was able to build and distribute independent uniquely designed assets to separate pools of guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some added features that I wanted to implement like discount codes and free ticket caps weren't easily accessible. I figured out a work around but this may have been user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event planning, ticketing and registration is a really big undertaking platforms like this enable facilitators to increase the capacity, streamline processes and ultimately have one less thing to worry about.

Great for all types of events!

What do you like best about the product?
Creating events is straightforward and allows us to customize it to the unique events we host. Registration is streamlined with their QR code system.

The customer support is next level! I always feel like I can reach out with minor questions and receive the support I need promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that a lot of guests receive RSVPify emails in their spam. This led to us having to send multiple emails from our Gmail accounts to ensure event details were communicated effectively.

I also found that some guests weren't navigating the landing page as smoothly (didn't understand that event details were on the left and that you had to scroll down).

Great Experience that made planning our event EASY!

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to create and personalize our events. They had tons of choices for everything, and we could also customize it to match our brand. Thorough review of options meant they covered some aspects I had not yet thought about. Could set reminders, add google maps, and even let people know who else was coming to the event in hopes o sway those who might have been on the fence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was surprised that I had to upgrade to get some of the features I thought should be standard. No prorated refund after cancellation of the monthly service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to keep track of attendees to our event that did have to have a cap as to how many could attend.

Overall good product with a few glaring issues

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to build the event out, modern interface, most of the features you need and a good price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of emails went to our customers' junk folders and support did nothing to fix it aside from a boilerplate reply on their commitment to email deliverability. Hidden fields shouldn't require Enterprise version (overkill). Reporting leaves a bit to be desired (can't do a simple output of who has been invited + who hasn't registered yet, need to do two reports and combine manually). Updating registrations post-email is a bit cumbersome and the interface could use improvement there. Buttons look bad in Outlook and can't be customized (no custom CSS). Limited localization/translation functionality requiring us to create 2 separate events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed something cheap and good to run an event

Excellent reservation platform, highly efficient and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part was the ease of use and user experience. We used this for semi-complicated events we were having where we needed our guests to select a time slot and one of two different types of appointments for that time slot. RSVPify made this process very easy for our guests and made it easy for guests to update their appointments. We did not run into any scheduling conflicts with RSVPify. Customer support was also very helpful any time we needed them while setting up our events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is lack of customization for event emails and landing pages. It would be nice to be able to change more than colors and logos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSVPify helps us schedule and book one-hour appointments and prevents over-booking for a single time slot. It also allows us to be flexible with the type of appointments the guest can choose from within a single time slot. RSVPify also helps us send accurate confirmation emails to guests with their unique appointment times and days.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how simpkle the interface was, very easy to understand and use. Easy for guests to navigate as well. I liked the templates so I did not have to think too much about how the website would look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that there was no transparency about what would be behind paywalls and require updating my account. I had already sent out invites and was told I had reached our max RSVP midway through the RSVP period and ended up having to upgrade. I feel that this could have been more upfront before I started using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily creating a guest list, simple way to give event information to attendees.

RSVPify Check-in For the Win

What do you like best about the product?
The check-in suite was easy for anyone new to learn and navigate. Checking attendees was also fast and great for group check in.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downsize is that you can't separate registration from check-in. Also, I can't edit walk-up check-in names
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to check-in groups/families with one button which makes it a much faster check-in process. Also, we are able to send a QR code and email communications which has helped with the check-in times and better communications with the attendees . Attendees are able to move through the check-in lines quicker and are much happier with the process.

What do you like best about the product?
That I could change the amount of my subscription based on how many events I had at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the cost was a big jump from two event to up to five.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to tag individuals to specific groups to ensure that they are only seeing events/touchpoints relevant to them.
- Ease of use

- Abiliity to import invitee list into the system
- Communications feature was very helpful
- Customization capabilities for email comms
- Ability to intake registrations and appointment reservations
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not being able to enter first names only into the invitee list (I did not have last names for some of my invited guests)
- Inability to combine events for check in

We were in desperate need of a tool that would allow guests to RSVP and set appointments for specific programming.
