RSVPify - user friendly, simplified experience
What do you like best about the product?
For a smaller event with less requirements, it provides a very simlified experience for both the admin (event planner) and the attendee.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of the automated emails, etc. isn't great and I'd like for it to integrate more with existing survey/event platforms e.g. survey monkey, passkey, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a simple, user/registrant experience that's not confusing and gives you an easy to understand UI for both the planner and the attendee/registrant.

How versatile it is, from creating an event website, to track RSVPs and send communications and keep control of attendance the day of the event

I wish they could reconsider the amuount of email credits they provide even on pro plans

RSVPify was so incredibly easy to use and made our invites look so good!

We didn't have enough credits to send reminders for our invitees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to invite external guests to an event at our office and RSVPify allowed us to create aesthetically pleasing invites, send out a mass email and keep all of the RSVPs in one place.
Their customer service assisting with special requests is bar none!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the simplicity of their program as well as their customer support when I had specific questions and requests!
What do you dislike about the product?
Priced a little high for smaller events.

Keep track of rsvps and clients that check into the event while capturing their contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and keep track of staff attending many of our events. Customer support was very helpful.

There were no issues with using RSVPify at all

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to set up, and makes it really simple to capture who is coming to an event. We've been using it for over a year and have never had any complaitns with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If like us you are an irregular, free event it is expensive even at the lowest pricing tier.

It allows us to set up a simple site for our free event and take registrations
Great Easy To Use RSVP Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to customize invitations using the RSVPify platform. As I was planning one event another opportunity felll in my lap. I was able to build and distribute independent uniquely designed assets to separate pools of guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some added features that I wanted to implement like discount codes and free ticket caps weren't easily accessible. I figured out a work around but this may have been user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event planning, ticketing and registration is a really big undertaking platforms like this enable facilitators to increase the capacity, streamline processes and ultimately have one less thing to worry about.

Creating events is straightforward and allows us to customize it to the unique events we host. Registration is streamlined with their QR code system.
The customer support is next level! I always feel like I can reach out with minor questions and receive the support I need promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that a lot of guests receive RSVPify emails in their spam. This led to us having to send multiple emails from our Gmail accounts to ensure event details were communicated effectively.
I also found that some guests weren't navigating the landing page as smoothly (didn't understand that event details were on the left and that you had to scroll down).

Great Experience that made planning our event EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to create and personalize our events. They had tons of choices for everything, and we could also customize it to match our brand. Thorough review of options meant they covered some aspects I had not yet thought about. Could set reminders, add google maps, and even let people know who else was coming to the event in hopes o sway those who might have been on the fence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was surprised that I had to upgrade to get some of the features I thought should be standard. No prorated refund after cancellation of the monthly service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to keep track of attendees to our event that did have to have a cap as to how many could attend.
Overall good product with a few glaring issues
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to build the event out, modern interface, most of the features you need and a good price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of emails went to our customers' junk folders and support did nothing to fix it aside from a boilerplate reply on their commitment to email deliverability. Hidden fields shouldn't require Enterprise version (overkill). Reporting leaves a bit to be desired (can't do a simple output of who has been invited + who hasn't registered yet, need to do two reports and combine manually). Updating registrations post-email is a bit cumbersome and the interface could use improvement there. Buttons look bad in Outlook and can't be customized (no custom CSS). Limited localization/translation functionality requiring us to create 2 separate events.
