What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify was great. I was able to track who was invited to our events and who was planning on attending. I loved the event site for attendees to RSVP at. I highly recommend RSVPify for event planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some how the time on the reminder emails was the wrong time.

I was able to easily look up attendees and guests.

When scheduling an event it's easier to now setting the invite, communication, and follow up
Easy Event Planning
What do you like best about the product?
The portal to create events is easy to use. I love they now have a QR code function! This makes tracking for events very smooth. Also, they have great FAQ section/vidoes to help troubleshoot any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have a hard time editing the "after RSVP" response, so I chose to remove it completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track attendees prior to the event. Seeing real-time RSVPs helps me gauge in advance if my guest-count was reasonable or if I need to recalibrate.
Great website to organize any event!
What do you like best about the product?
I just like how it helps you keep your event all organized. And how it gives you all the steps to make sure you have all details necessary for your guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a litle hard to maneuver the website on my end. There might be too many options for you to make sure you have all necessary details for your event.

It helps me keep my event organized. And make sure all my guests know all the details of my event.
An overall great platform with opportunities for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify had the majority of tools and features I was looking for to manage my event. Setting up events and secondary events was quick, easy, and straightforward. In planning my event, I used the tool often to track attendees, respond to messages, send reminder emails, and so on. The QR code check-in feature was a huge plus, and helped us accurately track who attended our event.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I would hope to see in the future. For my event specifically, we wished for a way to link RSVPify check-ins to other tools, like a name badge printer. The inability to change the template for the event website after the event has been created is also a very strange and frustrating pain point. I opted to not use that feature at all, rather than delete my event and redo my work thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge problem RSVPify solved this year was accurate tracking of guests and who showed up to our event out of those that RSVPd yes. This will be a huge help when determining the contract size and invite list size for our event next year, as well as who to continue to add to our invite list and who to remove. The QR code check-in kiosk also helped significantly speed up our welcome process at the event itself.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ease of use for both guests and hosts.

Updating events doesn't update all times.

collecting RSVPs for non profit event makes it easier to see who will be there
Great product and great customer service and experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user friendly it is and easy to update from event to event. We use this monthly and it is super important to be able to see past events and be able to use this data for the future events. I appreciate the customer support we have received as well. It was super easy to start using this for our events and implement everything we needed in order to get our attendees tickets before the events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We have nothing but good things to say about RSVPify. It has made our small monthly events easy to manage and easy for our attendees to get a ticket ahead of time. Thank you!

We just needed an easy to use ticket system for our event attendess to be able to purchase a ticket ahead of time for our small monthly events. And RSVPify solved this problem with ease and has been a great company to work with through every step of the process.

I absolutely loved RSVPify! This platform was a game-changer for my event. It made everything so seamless and organized—I truly couldn’t have made my event successful without it. From managing RSVPs to keeping track of guest details, every feature worked perfectly and took the stress out of planning. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their event as smooth as possible!

I reallly can't say anything I disliked! This platform was just perfect!

RSVPify solved my biggest challenges with tracking and organizing my event details. This platform made it incredibly easy to keep track of both sponsors and guests in one place, giving me a seamless, efficient way to manage everything without the usual stress. With all the information organized and accessible, I could focus more on creating a great experience rather than worrying about the details. It truly made a difference in the success of my event!
RSVP is great, there could be some improvements in how much you can customize the features.

What do you like best about the product?
Building out the website page for the event was so easy to do and I loved having the ability to customize it to fit my brand. Customer service was so helpful when I had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to navigate the menu options and know how to edit a specific section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was so easy to track, register and check people in to an event, as well as send out reminders and event updates. It saved so much time on the behind the scenes work!
