More than I thought
What do you like best about the product?
Once I figured out how it was structured, the set up was very logical. There are lots of options to customize - additional events, ticket prices and levels, emails. I purchased the level where customer support was only available through chat. I had to use it several time and was quickly responded to. I did hit a perfect storm of vacation days and out off the office for the support team and had to reach out to my sales rep for asssistance, but her very quickly got someone who could help. The help articles numerous and helpful, but chat is a great option for the little nuances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way of setting conditions based on answers to customer questions. The only way to do that is to create a secondary event which would give you options, but depending on what you want to ask, that may not work. Due to all the customization options, there are several levels that you need to go down when setting up questions, and that can get confusing and setting can hide a deep levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us from contacting 50+ people, asking them 10-15 questions each, collecting payment and making sure you kept all your records straight.

Easy to set up, and the customer service is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is tricky to know exactly what is included in your account level, but customer reps are always able to help figure that out.

Separation of attendees for multi-events using the secondary event tagging feature

The check in process was amazing and very useful.
I loved the easy use that it provides

Super easy RSVP and event planning website
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify was amazing to use for event planning. We used this to sell tickets, keep track of RSVPS and make life so easy for all of our registrants. I loved how I could keep check of everyone who was registering and what income we had made!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside was that it was impossible to see what our net vs. gross profit was. We couldn't easily keep track of what our true profit was as the website only had gross profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a sold product to be able to set up and administer an event from speakers, sponsors and attendees in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time using an event registration service. I looked at several other sites before finding RSVPify. Once I learned how to use their website, everything was easy. I like that I could made edits quickly and I was instantly notified of registrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much. It was easy to use once I figured out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using RSVPify made my event appear more professional than just getting email commitments, and it allowed me to capture all of the pertinent info in one place.

It is incredibly easy to use, set up and design your events. Everything was ready to go in less than an hour.

The design options are a little limited but the existing ones should be enough for most users.
Also, the APP cannot be used with a Google account as it does not comply with Google's security rules.

Ease of organizing, designing and ticketing for an event
RSVPify was absolutely amazing for my event!
What do you like best about the product?
RSVP was absolutely amazing for my event and did everything from start to finish. It allowed me to create the invite, send it and then even do the seating chart and check in. Seamless from start to finish!

Nothing loved it all! So easy to use for my event

I can get my event up and out and booked really quickly all in one place
Best way to send an invite and organize RSVP's
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can customize your invitation however you want to fit your event style. I also love the ease of getting RSVP's by having a link and a QR code option. The RSVP report is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little confusing to navigate. Every time I go back in to make a change or look for something I have to sit and think for a bit on where to do that. Once I figure it out I am fine, but it is a tad confusing at times.

Creating an invitation that provides all of the details I want to include in a easy to follow and professional way. Keeping track of RSVP's.

Their quick and helpful customer support. They were very patient and wlaked us through the processes of making pages and setting up everything.

I think the uploading pictures part could be a bit more user friendly

Occassional snags that take a bit to figure out, but the help button seems to always be helpful.
