Effortless Event Management with RSVPify
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify was so easy to use! From creating the event to tracking and updating RSVP's, it could not have been a smoother experience. The customer support was quick, the ease of integrating the invites was easy, and I loved the number of features offered. Especially being able to download into Excel for nametags! I would highly recommending RSVPify to anyone with an upcoming event!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to using RSVPify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems on our end!
Effortless Event Invites and Guest Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use. Creating a very detail invite for an event for guests to have all info needed. Being able to send group invites and keeping track of guest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about RSVPify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting to be able to contact our guests by email or text and have them respond at their own time, without us having to contact individual guests or us reminding them to respond to an invite.
Effortless Event Management and Branding with RSVPify
What do you like best about the product?
Our CRM event add-on is not at all user-friendly nor does it include options to style our event webpage. I found RSVPify via AI search. We have now used it for two small events and will continue to use it for other events. It was extremely easy to use and brand for our non-profit. It also looks great for our donors and guests who access the event page. We appreciate that we can text, email, etc., all from RSVPify.
At the end of each event, we export the guest list and import it into our CRM!
As a very small non-profit, we felt it was an easier cost effective option for all of our events!

What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to figure out how best to size our uploaded images to fit RSVPify's parameters, and we do wish there were more font options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy-to-use interface that looks extremely clean. It is very user-friendly. It's nice to use a service that we can completely customize to look like "us".
Effortless to Use with Custom Email Features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, custom email communication, tracking of emails sent/opened, QR capbailities
What do you dislike about the product?
not enough customization available with webpage (i.e. where to put a title, changing where the title location is, where to place my logo, ability to resize my logo on the page).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
registration for events, auto emails and ability to add calendar invites automatically when someone RSVPs
Modern Design and Smart RSVP Management
What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify has a very modern look and feel. The ability to set a sign-up capacity limit and then redirect additional respondents to another page was particularly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite high, but if it increases the conversion rate of people who visit the sign-up page and complete the process, it may be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the most effective and efficient sign-up platform I have found.
Event RSVPs Made Super Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to share my events and collect RSVPs. Since I organize a meeting every two or three months, creating an RSVP page is always straightforward and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more customization options available, but overall, it accomplishes what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to find a website for RSVPs that allowed me to add pictures and was also user-friendly. RSVPify addressed both of these needs, and I’ve been using it for almost a year now!
Customizable Event Pages Shine, But Coupon Button Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the option to curate the RSVPify page to what I needed! It really helped bring our event branding to life and personalize it to what we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor thing but the coupon code button is very small and we had many attendees miss the button altogether. We had to do a lot of troubleshooting for folks because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSVPify provided us with an elevated look and feel to our event that other platforms failed to do. It made our event stand out in a sea of similar-looking RSVP pages.
Fantastic, seamless & so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and made organizing my event effortless. There are so many different features you can add, and it allows you to manage every aspect of the event, from plus ones to seating arrangements and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have anything negative to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I really appreciate is that I no longer need to send out emails and wait for responses. I simply post the event in the app, and people can indicate they're attending with just a click—no hassle and no wasted time.
First Time User Will Come Back!
What do you like best about the product?
The whole process was smooth and user-friendly. We used this for 2 events within the same conference and it kept things organized and easy. One of my team members used support for something that was not understood and it was handled quickly. I'll be using it again for sure.

Nothing of note! I was very happy with the experience overall.

this was our first time doing larger scale events and it was great to have an all in one platform.
Seamless Event Management System
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciated most about RSVPify was how seamlessly it handled event management and how easy it was to set up and integrate. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate without confusion. Plus, the free membership offers a surprising amount of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create an email invite, the system does not save any previously made invites. This means that if I want to send invites individually, I have to recreate each one from scratch every time.
