Exciting Online Meeting Platform

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the owner of a tutoring organization with a few tutors, I have been looking for a decent alternative for Zoom. Our tutors dont really use alot of the complex features of Zoom so something more streamlined would suffice.
Assemble Your Crewdle for a Great P2P Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is going to come up both as a pro and con, for better or worse: The P2P nature of Crewdle.
P2P ensures a safe and secure connection so that your meeting is out of sight from prying eyes and isn't going through a server somewhere to be intercepted. This makes set up a breeze, get your link (you can even create an evergreen link), share it, and you're off to the races!
The interface and user experience are very intuitive so there are no issues migrating your team, clients, leads, etc. over to the platform for all your meeting needs.
The pricing is extremely affordable. In most instances, the Free tier will take you very far, but should you need to upgrade to the Standard plan, it's very affordable!
Overall, I've been very happy with the features and the ability to even record meetings locally via the desktop companion app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only thing that I dislike, which I alluded to in the Pro section, was the fact that Crewdle is P2P. What does that mean for you and why is it also a negative?
If someone on the call does not have a great connection, it takes a toll on the entire call, not just their end. There is no server that's working to meet their system's needs by throttling quality so they can participate without disruptions, so if their computer is older or their internet is unstable, you're not going to have a great time.
One other negative is the sort of lack of integrations. I would love to quickly and easily have clients book an appointment to something like my Google Calendar, but to have a Crewdle link generated specific to their booking, somewhat like Zoom would do for you.

I had a few more bugs than Google Meet on the same internet connection, but nothing too disturbing.
The free version for four people is also annoying compared to Google Meet or Zoom, but I understand the business model.

Easy access to make a quick meeting on the spot with my colleagues (pinned the meet link on my Slack channels) so that we can virtually meet and don't waste any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is more environmentally friendly and based in Canada.

Some of my invitees were having difficulties to log on. More even on mobile devices. Although that was not often, it still happened.

I like to use it to rapidly send a meeting link to a person I want to video chat with.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an ecologist at heart. The philosophy behind the product development at Crewdle is really what got me interested in the first place. The product is still young and in active development, and lacks some top-of-the-line features when compared to other mature competitors like Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. But the product is evolving at an outstanding pace, with a mission and core values that resonate with me more than any other competing platform on the market!
I would highly recommend being on the lookup for the noise this product will be making on the market in the next few years!

What do you dislike about the product?
In remote workshops, breakout rooms can be very useful to organize the discussion in small groups and make remote exercises more productive. My company also has google meet licenses, and it is still more natural for colleagues to jump on a quick meet instead of switching to yet another product. There will be some educating to do, but I am confident the values and mission of the product will allow it to penetrate at the corporate level as well!

The incredulous amount of CO2 produced by video conferencing and the expensive price, for a business, of hundreds of Zoom licenses. We want to spend more on our product core, and less on tools to make it there. Crewdle is an amazing alternative in that direction.
The inherent security benefits behind the architecture of the product are also very important for us. We are a health care company, and we deal with security very seriously. Knowing our data is never stored on remote servers allows us to greatly simplify our security policies for certain types of meetings, making them more efficient while not compromising on the security of the data of our patients.
