Vendor refund policy
Refunds for access to Crewdle AI Studio are available based on the remaining time on your contract. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your contract term. Any refunds are subject to review and approval, and will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

What do you like best about the product?
Crewdle is simply very easy to integrate and easy to work with since it is a tool that allows us to have a good integration from any distance of where we are with each one of our co-workers and do every day our lives become easier with video calls and video conferences since we can do everything differently, we are proud to be part of this application because we help the environment with climate problems in a simple and safe way
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't have any problems with the application since we can hold seminars with a good number of members and it makes our work more fluid and one of the best things is that it has the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crewdle allowed us to solve all the difficulties that we presented by making videoconferences, it helped us to make a great potential in seminars, the best thing is that not only we help ourselves with the application but also the environment to had a great advantage because he makes profits through this application.

I fully recommend this application as it is a great help in a useful and reliable way and customer service has been in great progress in promoting the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently, I came across Crewdle and I instantly fell in love with it! I like the interface and style. It's free for all and using it helps the environment! The tools are simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, free users can only have up to 30 participants so it can' be used for a bigger audience. Furthermore, you cannot record the session. But, it's not really a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think my problem is not Crewdle, but people who haven't realized its potential. This application is for sustainability and thinks very much of the future. I am not the only one who can benefit but also the environment. I think that is the biggest benefit that we all can get from this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Crewdle's support team is also very helpful and they always give updates and tips. I hope you consider Crewdle. It is new and very promising.
