Amazing onboarding assistance!
What do you like best about the product?
The Jatheon system is incredibly easy to use, and allows us nearly instant access to archived email messages. Their onboarding team made the setup a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is great, but I wish that I could forward an email from the console to a user as an inline message rather than an attachment. Not all staff have an easy way to view .eml files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to comply with Sunshine Laws, we are required to archive email messages. The previous system we used, had not really been updated in several years and was strictly an on-prem solution that required us to allocate a significant amount of storage to the system. We switched to Jatheon so that we could offload the archiving to their cloud environment, and have easier access to the console.

Firms in our business are required to archive email. Hillary was above the law, but we're not.
Powerful Search, Easy Interface for Admins and End Users, Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
We have specific needs for our retention efforts and so many of the options out there are too broad or generic. Jatheon is able to get as granular as we need and they have a plethora of ways to do it. It's very easy to build policies and for end users to access.
Additionally, the service and support I have received from Jatheon is outstanding. The sales team was helpful without being pushy, the support team has answered every question I've had in a timely fashion, and the implementation has been very smooth. The support team guided me through integrating our MS365 tenant and loading the legacy data.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much. I think there could be a littler better/clearer documentation around some of the features, but that's me stretching for something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is a risk, so we are using Jatheon to ID and retain important data and scrap the rest. It helps us eliminate the fluff and makes it easy to access the important items.
Jatheon just works!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does the email archiving solution works as initially proposed, but the deployment was also effortless, and the support post-sale is fantastic. I have been around several solutions in the past that required a lot more know-how to use, deploy and manage, plus confusing interfaces along with really lacking support. Not the case with Jatheon at all. Everything works easily, and the interface is simple to navigate, and the solution delivers blazing-fast results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all to dislike. The product and support are fantastic. They have a customer for life without question!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to deploy a client-less solution to my geographically disbursed workforce across the US, which makes installing anything to user machines at times, a problem to work out on multiple webex/teams meetings. With Jatheon working at the domain level, None of that is needed, and the service is working as I needed it to effortlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend giving Jatheon SERIOUS consideration when looking at Email archiving providers for your organization.

-Doesn't cover Google chat

Great product, easy to understand and use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to deploy, understand and use. The support team has been very accommodating with the weird requests I've sent, and they quickly respond. We deploy this for our customers, and since it's such a simple product to use, a 15-minute call to a new customer is often all it takes to understand how to use the product effectively. Altogether, the product does the job well and is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading files for a new deployment is a bit slow - officially, you can either upload PSTs smaller than 500 MB using Jatheon's UI, or you can upload PSTs smaller than 16 GB to an AWS S3 bucket using the S3 web UI. The support team has been very accommodating with providing alternative upload methods for our bigger customers, but I would like it if there was something more baked in to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our customers are moving from absolutely no email archival at all to Jatheon. This means they have no email archiving context, complicating training if the product was harder to understand. Jatheon is so easy to use and understand while still being a capable product, which means training is quick, and customers can dig deeper on their own.
Some of our other customers moved from older email archiving tools, where less thought was put into the user experience. I've worked with users who dreaded the idea of learning a new email archival tool because of this, and then they are pleasantly surprised by how easy the product is to use while still being very capable for their needs.

Service and Support above and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Great product but even better support. If you have an issue, email support, and within minutes we always have a response with a ticket generated and help on the way.

not much, slow implementation but they took care of the whole process

What do you like best about the product?
We are a service provider and we were able to transition from a slow onsite appliance to independent cloud-hosted archiving for all our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Jatheon. We have been very happy with the solution.

We had storage issues with our on-premise solution. We really wanted to move to the cloud and Jatheon provided a cost-effective path to do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
How the solutions experts were able to customize the solution to meet my specific Archiving needs. Working with the team was a good experience as they were able to understand our exact requirements and customize the solution to suit those specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to dislike about the product. As a company, we had precise requirements, and Jatheon's solution was able to meet all expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue resolved is the process to be able to archive and store the data of past employees. We are now able to completely removed accounts and mailboxes for the network using Jatheon's solution as the perfect repository to search, store and share that data in an efficient and secure manner.

Be sure to establish all your requirements for the Jatheon team to make sure when the setup is complete and all all your needs are met.
My Experience With Jatheon Archiving Suite
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I like about Jatheon Archiving Suite. First, the deployment process is easy, and the tool is easily customizable. This software comes with great security features, and uploading as well as retrieving emails is seamless. The tool is also accessible as it is cloud-based and that there is both a web and mobile version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jatheon Archiving Suite is very capable, and it offers powerful archiving features. I have had no issues while using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an email archiving tool when we implemented Jatheon Archiving Suite, and so far, it has proved to be very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jatheon Archiving Suite works well as an email archiving tool and offers more than just this as it well comes with social media monitoring features.
