It is a powerful and versatile tool that can be used to improve customer service, sales, and marketing

What do you dislike about the product?

OpenDialog AI has limitation in customisation. It may not be able to fully replicate the specific needs and workflows of a particular business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpenDialog AI is a conversational AI platform that allows creation of chatbots and virtual assistants. It helps us elimiate need of human availabilitiy 24*7
