What do you like best about the product?
How easy the tool is to interact with. I've used it a number of times to help me do some research and found it to be accurate. I also like the ability to create images and allow me to get creative with turning ideas into images
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a longer time to generate images?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to do company research for RFP's and other documents at work. It's very helpful in that it easily finds information such as database models and software features for the companies I'm researching

What do you like best about the product?
It is a time saving tool which helps to boost business with ease of client conversation. It also involves case studies to make us understand how real life problems can be solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced version is a-bit complicated to understand. Sometimes, there is server problem may due to high traffic use.

Inculting ai responses helps being working efficiently and generating better customer engagement.

I love how easy it is to use. I like that you get real rewards and you can skip the complicated processes.

There is not really any issue I have with OpenDialog AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Best about OpenDialog is user friendly interface in designing coversation flows as well as the analytics tool to track the performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced feature is complex for begineers other than that all the defines strauctures are helpful for functional. Dependency to switch for another paltform needs more effort

Its high flexible for the conversation flows, it gives a better solution for complex dialog . Integration with various API and external services.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a natural way to group conversations and intents.
It can leverage other GenAI technologies.
It can be pre-loaded with key information (e.g. website content), which can in turn be intelligently interrogated to help the customer/user.
Easy to follow training materials.

It would be useful if some of the conversation flow could be prebuilt based on a high-level use case description.

Ask it anything and gives you a quick response. Great ease of integration and use - solves matter quickly without waiting on phone for hours for customer support.

too many users slows down the server. long wait lines on peak hours to reach assistant
