I like the fact that it will take emailed remit read them and populate it in HRC

We are still learning high radius, so we are liking it a little more every day

On the cash application side it has helped us get to one person for application. For collection side the benefits have been auto first past due notices for collections .

The escalation process and getting issues resolved. Timeline of getting a account manager assigned to the account.

The application of cash is now auto applied. For the coledtions side the auto emails for collection notices. It's no longer manual.

What I feel is lack of learning opportunities resource as other ERP tools provide more than what we have in HighRadius.

Its solves several problems for like Predictive Analytics, Real-time Insights and offering real-time visibility into collections performance. This not only improves efficiency but also increases the maximum recovering outstanding payments.
