Auto cash application basis customized rules on a real-time basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike; however, there are always improvement areas like Aged Debt Report, Receipt Register Report, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Savings of person-hours and a step towards ML and AI

A nice readymade pack for cash application automation specifically for industries where recurring payments happen.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is very user-friendly, making it easy for the users to navigate the screens while processing and managing their portfolio. An added advantage of having Highradius is the part that we can customize certain tagging conventions according to our daily operational and analytical needs. There is a technical support thru their HighFive site, and a dedicated Client Manager that takes care of the other non-technical concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I can't think of a major turn-off since the minimal technical concerns are being addressed, and requested enhancements are always accommodated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted AR automation to keep up with the growth in our organization and manage the business requirements without manual overhauls. Highradius helps us make sure that we are able to keep track of all our deductions, while allowing us to customize the tagging conventions so we can pull data for analytics and decision-making purposes. It also helps us store supporting documents for each of our item, making us audit-ready every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this tool. It will help your team manage their day-to-day tasks, and provide the leaders with data that can be used for analytics, strategizing, and decision-making.
