What do you like best about the product?
Highradius gives the automated collection process which helps to manage business and also they have more features like integrated workflows, credit management etc

Nothing all features are good and easy to use

Highradius software is overall good to use it helps us to manage accounts data
Good Cash management and reconciliation tools to streamline cash posting process
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of different remittances and payment details from bank of America. It eases the reconciliation process by bringing together different remittance souces on 1 place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and development team is slow with resolution and take longer. Plus there are development gaps which does not bridge the process well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash Reconciliation process to streamline different payment types in integration with bank of America. It provides 1 platform to handle all cash received from client across multiple bank accounts.

Velocity in correspondence with customers and accuracy in posting of payments etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the functionality will disappear when new releases come out.

Improved our straight through processing from 3% to 85%. We have complete visibility over our receivables and customer payments.

Challenging to keep up with all the innovations and product releases and whether we are taking advantage of them.
