Cash Application Automation
What do you like best about the product?
For our company, the CAA module enables us to have cash applied and reflected on our aging way more quickly and efficiently which is beneficial for our peers on the CLS side of AR.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I could find is there's not enough hours in the day to have the file transfers iniated to be on a current day cash posting basis. You are also at the payor's mercy with the remittance they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The slow/manual process of applying cash was eliminated and misapplications are few and far between which increased our efficiency and performance. It also helps with directing focus on other priorities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know the limitations of your current ERP and address/resolve any process issues within your department before implementing any HighRadius tool.
Good experience overall, lots of functionality and automation available.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated reminder system is very robust, with customizable rules for different portfolios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to make changes to the Worklist since it's so integrated with background rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated reminders frees up alot of time for our AR Analysts to do more important things.
High Radius is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of us and the effiency Increase is key to our departments success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes help desk can be fixated on the specific problem rather the big picture. Don't bandaid, find the root and where everything fits together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash apps hit rate, automated credit applications processing, ease of collections.
AR automation
What do you like best about the product?
The solutions improved our entire collections and cash posting process. What was once done manually is now done more efficiently and with less staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we don't see any downsides I will say and multi product implementation is not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to invest the time to get it right.

Faster and more efficient cash posting and strategy directed collections.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of the payment application process has sign some of the latest technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I can think about that is a limitation of their system. All ERP solutions have nuances and HRC handles most of them

Ability to apply cash on a daily basis using the HRC system. Increased accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
Cash Apps, Credit, and Collections modules
What do you dislike about the product?
Support and training can sometimes be lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving organization and planning issues when it comes to managing accounts. We are also looking at quicker cash applications and faster reduction in DSO.
High Radius review
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and ease of use. The High Radius system has provided much needed efficiency in our cash application process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional issues accessing the High Radius system along with critical system errors which impacts our daily operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before High Radius, all of our cash applications were done manually, which was time-consuming. High Radius can successfully match 50% of our incoming receipts.
