How useful is indicative
What do you like best about the product?
schedule report that helps busy people to receive updates even they don't have a time to visit indicative dashboard. It also helps in monitoring the user behavior that helps to address the problem that the user is facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find indicativenvery useful. I'm just expecting more features to come
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative is very useful to monitor the behavior of the user that helps business to address a problem that the user is facing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Indicative is also useful in tracking problems.
Its very concise when getting all the information that we need. Easy to use, and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
The Segmentation. I like the process how to get information there. Same with the Funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I liked all of the analysis. Cohorts, Funnels, and the Segmentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application created and application completed. Well its always the same and concise.

Fun analysis behavioural tool with accurate results in just simple tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that the event tools are simply handed out, you only need to choose what you want to analyze and they give accurate results. Also, they give out instructions upon which how that tool is used.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I only dislike is that when editing and/or producing results in analysis gives out lag or having poor performance because of network latency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are those that I want to figure out if all the data that I receive on a platform are accurate and complete. I use different tools to count the complete amount of data and making sure if there are problems on the end-user.

It is a great statistical analysis tool for getting all your work done more accurate and easily with complete tools in observing data behaviour.

Real Time Data, and how the data was shown using funnel and segmentation.

the user interface some times is hard to see.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best on indicative was how I can easy analyze data and create dashboards. I like how i can play with data and easily analyze it
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike was the new user interface. I also dislike how sometimes it has bugs and it shows inaccurate results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am watching the application traffic from our clients using indicative. The benefits was we could easily analyze the application traffic if there was something wrong.

Allows anyone to easily perform funnel analysis without using Looker or complicated BI tools

Overall UI, especially dashboard, can be improved

Efficiently perform accurate user journey analysis without spending time in BI tools

What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to set up a basic dashboard and get a visual of the data I felt was important. While it pulls in all the same data from Google Analytics, it's much easier and more visual friendly to segment out the data and what you want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to reset data. Because there is so much testing, it would be nice to have a clear "remove all previous data". Other than that, the interface has been really easy to use which is a nice breath of fresh air from analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the customer journey and landing page conversion rates. Also, data visualization and segmentation.

It's a great tool to better visualize data.

What do you like best about the product?
I must say that using a company customer analytics platform such as indicative is very helpful in analyzing the data of the user journey. It also helps us monitor customer traffic via funnel or segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for me the current indicative prod is a bit hard to use especially on terms of using the Date and time because when you change the date and time it's not that it will automatically save or change. As well as the font color for the calendar date picker I don't it's matched with the background color of the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the used of indicative, it helps us so much to analyze easier the data of our client and also to figure out the journey of the user if there's any drop-off, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think with the new released of indicative its seems like its a bit hard to interact with it and I think that you need to bring back the feature of automatically reload the queries when there are changes made such as a change in date or time

A good tool for non-technical users which do not know yet what questions to ask to the analytics team. Still at the exploration phase.
