Total Monitoring Package

What do you like best about the product?
We rely heavily on Citrix in our environment and this is the only tools we have found that gives you a total picture of the entire environment from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say anything bad it would be the learning curve with any monitoring system, however; they give you great support and training to assist you with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at many options when considering this solution. The ultimate decision came down to Goliath being the only solution that could monitor our Citrix, vmWare and Epic solution all in one single dashboard and solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing actionable reporting, the granular, very fast detailed information for troubleshooting, and the application architecture that supports and defends the Citrix admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information from our systems can be vague but Goliath attempts to decrypt this by showing us many details. More explanations about thresholds that are exceeded in the charts and graphs. Information icons placed by graphs explaining what is being graphed perhaps.?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goliath is the answer and solid information that answers the question, is it a Citrix problem? Goliath paints a picture with its remarkable ability to store and capture so many incredible granular bits of information to make an informed conclusion when you have issues you must troubleshoot.

Powerful monitoring product worth investing into.

What do you like best about the product?
It comes incredibly handy when troubleshooting slow logons, poor session performance or session interruptions which are 95% of all user cases when it comes to Citrix.
The other very useful features I like:
- A wide variety of pre-defined reports can be automatically sent to management or other interested parties on a regular basis
- Nice and easily accessible overview of the metrics of an entire Citrix infrastructure from NetScalers to backend servers
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any specific downsides so far.

Identifying network choke points between users and Citrix servers
Identifying servers performance issues
Tracking applications availability
