Goliath provides AI enhanced observability software for IT professionals that helps them proactively anticipate user experience issues before they happen, delivers the correlated analytics to troubleshoot the problem quickly when they do, and document root cause so performance issues can be permanently resolved.
Goliath leverages AI, embedded intelligence, and automation to automatically look for events, conditions and failure points that impact end user experience and then alert when thresholds are breached, or failures occur.
We then correlate data from disparate IT elements and help interpret that data so that issues are resolved before users are impacted or at a minimum, are resolved more quickly.
This enables IT to drastically reduce the time it takes to isolate the cause of user experience issues and provides guidance to an IT generalist so that they can solve issues that usually require a subject matter expert.
