Adds a lot of value to Citrix Daas
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of configuration and the ability to find issues with users quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more funtions built in for controlling Citrix Daas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Published apps view often to look for issue with user connection, it has been really help at looking back for a week to determine which servers a users was connected to.
Game changer for Citrix troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
Goliath Performance Monitor is a lifesaver when dealing with Citrix troubleshooting issues. It's like having IT support built in that spots problems before they happen. Definitely saves time and sanity. Support team is great - actually cares and fixes things fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet - maybe some more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Citrix troubleshooting and monitoring for end user experience issues
Best tool for troubleshooting Citrix users!
What do you like best about the product?
Goliath makes it easy to identify the root cause of issues. This is because of the way that data are correlated and presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer user, I have not found any issues yet. If their support is a good as their onboarding, I'm confident any issues that may come up will be handled quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goliath is helping to address logon issues we have had with certiain clients.

Goliath is a straight forward monitoring tool that has exactly what you need to monitor your environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more automatic solving feauters but i know Goliath is working on this by adding an A.I. that will help me solve issues.

Consistent strive to Decipher Information
What do you like best about the product?
Goliath Performance Monitor has been an asset, in our Citrix environment ensuring operations. The training they provide addresses any learning curve and they consistently strive to decipher information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited customization options and inflexibility of the dashboard pose challenges. The predefined layout restricts our ability to view and analyze data.The lack of integration, with monitoring tools makes it difficult.

Goliath Performance Monitor offers insights that enable us to identify and resolve issues ultimately enhancing the health of our business.
Awesome tool for monitoring and auto-correcting Citrix environment issues
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to auto-heal the Citrix environement issues realtime by applying on demand remediation like restarting servers or applications, killing processes or launching scripts in response to specific error conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent seen it malperform so far. It has been helping keep our clients citrix environment running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We package applications for clients Citrix platform and are responsible for their smooth performance. Goliath Performance Monitor help us receive actionable alerts for remediating issues. In-fact quite a few basic troubleshooting steps are automatically taken in response to rules fed into the tool.
Goliath's abilities are boundless.
What do you like best about the product?
Goliath has been able to help us pin point many areas of concern within our Citrix environment. These environments are incredibly complex and challenging to troubleshoot. Goliath makes difficult problems easier to understand, view, and troubleshoot with intention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every tool has its issues, but not every vendor responds with the understanding things can happen. We saw some differences in the data between Goliath and other monitoring systems, and Goliath was willing to listen and work to a resolution quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logon times and overall resource consumption understanding. We have lowered our logons times by 30% due to the abilities Goliath gave my team. We have narrowed down what applications consume the most resources so we can leverage other tools to manage those applications and processes.
Excellent Software for Monitoring a Citrix Environment
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Goliath Performance Monitor around a year ago to help with monitoring our Citrix environment. During this time we've seen big returns on that initial investment. A few items I like about Goliath are:
1. Single pane of glass to monitor everything about a user session. Session Latency, VM Metrics, and Hypervisor metrics are all displayed in a single window to help correlate where issues could be occurring.
2. Historical reporting. Being able to reference events that happen outside of working hours is huge for troubleshooting a 24/7 environment.
3. Alerting and remediation. Simple scripts to kill hot-running processes in sessions and provide alerts saves us a lot of time performing what used to be manual tasks.

Would like to see more AD integration and the ability to create custom reports based on information that Goliath is already collecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goliath helps us monitor our applications and our user experience. We have offices all over the country that have different network providers and using Goliath it is much easier to troubleshoot issues at these offices by looking at the actual user experience and RTT latency. Self-healing also reduces help desk tickets for our support team.

Goliath is an absolutely complete monitoring solution for Citrix and Epic.
We have only had it installed for a few months, and it has already helped us troubleshoot several problems. The reporting capabilities are very flexible. We can schedule various reports to be emailed to different distribution lists on a custom schedule.
Goliath's Topology screens provide beneficial graphical displays of our Citrix farms.
The support team from Goliath is responsive and knowledgable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goliath provides detailed logs on Citrix launch and login times, which has reduced our time to resolution for issues like slow launch times. Its comprehensive monitoring of our Citrix environment, including ESX hosts, DDCs, storage, and VDA disk and CPU usage is invaluable for capacity planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Goliath allows for more historical transparency when looking back at user sessions who are potentially having a poor connection. One of my favorite features of the ability to look back and compare different sessions and connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say at this time. Each time we have an issue Goliath addresses it in a timely fashion and answers our question in its entirety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goliath performance monitor helps us solve the issue when users call complaining of poor connections it allows us to get a transparent view at the data that backs up our conclusions.
