Iterable and it's experience
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has good campaign dashboard. And, I like the metrics of the emails. the Email on acid feature is the best and it helps us to test each and every email with ease. We have not take the eoa subscription and that's the huge benefit as per me. And the responsiveness of the emails and integrations are quiet simple. We don't have any database connected as of now. But, we will be integrating the crm soon. The campaign flow looks so easy, the workflows has so many triggers. And, I have done the free certification of iterable that's insane. With the simple and easy understandable terms we can get the from the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign schedule times selection has to be improved. If the system time is not matching with the Iterable time. Then, the schedule times wont show up. There are nothing dislikes about this product. Seems easy and support is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do bulk email campaigns, with iterable it's easy to schedule and launch. And, moreover it's a friendly tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be considered if you're having complex workflows that needs an automation. So, Compared to other tools it is the best.
Great, stable ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Since we moved to Iterable 1,5 years ago I've been impressed with the level of customer support and opportunities of this ESP. There are many connections with external tools. I can say using Iterable has lifted our email communications and we're now starting to explore the connection with other channels like Facebook & app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The handlebar logic is not easy to get your head around. I've seen more user-friendly ways of adding dynamic content in emails from other ESP's. However most of the logic we use is in our automated campaigns so once set up, it's set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've definitely improved our level of automation. Our automated emailflows are all collected in workflows. A great feature of Iterable is that it allows you to connect with other marketing channels as well.
The perfect platform for medium to large sized businesses ready to expand their email strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Iterable has the toolsets for fairly entry level email marketing applications, with the ability to expand into fairly sophisticated enterprise solutions. That structure allows us to be very comfortable with building very long term relationships without concerns that we'll outgrow the platform anytime soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very API oriented, which is really important for the ability for you to grow the platform at your pace. However, there are a few items only accessible via the API that can create unnecessary friction for smaller teams with limited developer resources spread across multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're starting to feel very empowered by our user data and Iterable is helping us scale our email strategy . The journey has been slow, but going into the second year of our contract, we've nailed the basics and now are starting to plan for much more sophisticated use of our data and campaign funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pad a little developer time into your deployment calendar. Iterable customer success teams are really fantastic about making sure that you get the fundamentals correct, and sometimes that requires a little trial and error with how you import and design your data for long term growth.
Great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use complex conditional logic within campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The heat map functionality not working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving customers highly personalised communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has great functionality for automated journeys and complex personalisation.
Innovative Multi-Channel CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's user interface is intuitive and we love the flexibility within workflows. They also have great customer service and are always able to help us solve our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting tool can use work - a lot of it requires manual work because of the lack of export capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Iterable to be able to easily test user communications at scale and to also have a singular tool to send multi-channel communications.
Great support, fantastic product
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Iterable is how easy it is to build triggered workflows, experiment, and manage multiple language versions of messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is behind the bar. You can't always export the report views you see, or you can only export one piece of data at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to gain insights and respond with updated messaging has gone from a month-long process involving IT to something that takes minutes.
A pleasure
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is extremely user-friendly and easy for new team members to pick up. Drag and drop email building makes the process more simple than other systems but still allows us to produce dynamic content.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a template won't save due to a small error, the error message only pops us for a few seconds, making it occasionally hard to see the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once catalogue comes along we will be able to have a great base for feeding in our data - which will enable us to further personalise our emails to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a user-friendly esp, iterable is worth consideration
Easy to use ESP with tools to personalise

- The dynamic handlebars make even the most complex personalise simple to understand - you'r'e only limited by your creativity.
- The snippets allow us to combine html creative with the drag and drop system.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The heatmap doesn't work as it should which can make looking to see how users interact with emails a manual process.
- When working on complex templates it can become a bit buggy and slow.
- An auto-save would be a nice feature.

Iterable is a great ESP for effective and personalised CRM.
Rainbows and unicorns
What do you like best about the product?
Promise of non-engineers to create complex marketing campaigns and cart abandoner targeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Utterly and complete failure to meet any and all promises, and blaming Segment for all failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No goals materialized
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a sham, spend your money elsewhere
Iterable a great investment for marketing professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love Iterable because since I started using it the product has improved a lot and has become more innovative. I am pleased when my team needs product changes, as they are ready to listen to my needs and do their best to improve it. It has a clear, adaptable and comprehensive interface to build the automation of the campaign workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can affirm that the most painful part of Iterable is the design of templates versus messages since sometimes it is a nuisance to edit a template and make it not be reflected in a message the way you thought. On the other hand, it can have different projects, but there is no order on a project. There is no control panel for several projects to check trends in those projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Iterable as an instrument for user retention because it allows design and marketing to help retain users and increase revenue without having to rely on engineering to post messages or workflows. We also use it to send emails to the marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For us Iterable is a great tool for B2C companies that want to focus on increasing retention through messaging between channels. It is ideal for companies looking for an email client that can automate complex marketing campaigns and anyone who needs campaign flexibility or unique campaign characteristics.
