Knowledgeable and attentive
What do you like best about the product?
The expansive ways to reach our customers and the ability to reuse templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only had one thing that I would change in the event of iterable going down for customers to be notified more timely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to segment out customers based on behaviours we are targeting.
Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate some of the organizational tools within the platform that our team uses to "file" completed campaigns. It's easy to create simple organizational structures, like folders and labels, that can be adopted and adjusted easily by the team. Journeys are easy to set up and understand and I appreciate some of the new safeguards" the platform has of not allowing edits to be made to live instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a better solution for reporting on snippets within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping solve some of the issues we previously experienced with a previous provider around segmentation. Being able to better target our guests is a huge win.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great at handling complex email and messaging automations with a simple-to-use UI
- Handles marketing and transactional messages effectively. Easy to build content, craft journeys, and ship for both message types
- Very good at compartmentalizing user profile data. Really helps make segmentation logic clear and defined once you're building audiences
- Great customer support team — they'll take care of you from the moment you begin migration. Even after that's complete, they're available for support and questions
- Handles marketing and transactional messages effectively. Easy to build content, craft journeys, and ship for both message types
- Very good at compartmentalizing user profile data. Really helps make segmentation logic clear and defined once you're building audiences
- Great customer support team — they'll take care of you from the moment you begin migration. Even after that's complete, they're available for support and questions
What do you dislike about the product?
- Native reporting could use some improvements to better measure business impact. However, if you have other tools that can leverage their integrations or set up external reporting, this isn't much of an issue
- Some add-ons that are useful can be expensive. Catalogs and preference center are examples.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily:
- Marketing messages: helps us send messages to users to activate/acquire them and retain them with out-of-product experiences (email + SMS primarily)
- Transactional messaging: handles all our transactional messages that we send to our users
- Reporting on lifecycle marketing performance: integrates with our other tools to give us a clear picture of how messages and journeys perform and what impact that has on our business
It does all of this with a simple-to-use interface. When things get tricky, you can easily tap into their support team.

Iterable is excellent for B2C Communities
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an incredibly comprehensive communication platform that makes it very easy to email, send push notifications and text members. Although I would not consider it a very affordable subscription (you get what you pay for), it IS more affordable than many competitors on the market that offer similar complex capabilities. I have done some price shopping for email platforms, and still came back to Iterable for reasons related to both quality and price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable is a fast-growing company and therefore, has an everchanging platform. If I didn't use Iterable every day, I might feel lost logging in once or twice a month given the amount of product changes that are applied every quarter. That said, the product changes seem to be for the best and tend to make the experience better for me as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable solves the problem of: how do I communicate effectively, in a VERY personalized manner, to every member in our community depending on how they interact on our site? This makes my job much easier because all segmentation and user analysis can be done within the platform, making it easy to send personalized correspondence to members on a daily basis.
Flexible, powerful, effective
What do you like best about the product?
We have found iterable to be a tremendous asset to our marketing efforts. The flexibility in the platform is great and makes for powerful and effective communications to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any operational issues with the tool which make us re-think our choice to partner with Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Iterable for our admission ticket delivery via email and SMS, as well as our customer journey communications. We have seen great ROI as a result of both efforts.
Amazing Platform & Team
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, and the support team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small downside is I wish you could assign a seed list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a unified CRM platform view for the brand has helped us manage our marketing calendars and promotions
Most intuitive ESP I've ever worked in!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super user-friendly and so is their support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Journey Drafts feature. As an advanced user, I don't really have much need to save drafts, so I find it occasionally slows me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is key to automating our comms based on user action. Not necessarily setting up send time cadences such as wait 7 days and then send an email, but mapping user actions with our product/services to appropriate communications that are sent based on that interaction with us.
Iterable has been an incredible partner for our CRM/ marketing automation needs

Account management, technology, forward thinking, response times.

We are very happy, nothing to dislike about the platform

The team at Iterable are an extension of our own teams, they seek to understand your problems and opportunities and have the people avaiable to help you quickly and effectively deliver value.

Compared to other tools, there range of features is not exetensive and does require additional tools within the landscape, however this suited our technology strategy and what they offer they do well

The Iterable tool has helped our team to reduce the lead times to deliver campaigns, through their simplified UI and email development tools we have massively reduced operational overheads
Great ESP for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows for great personalisation, provides tools to integrate send and receive all types of data from a number of sources, and offers great automation for triggered communications via email & SMS. Their support is also second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable's reporting and analytics can be a little lacking in accuracy, particularly when you get to a level of personalisation where different segments of a recipients list are served different modules, images and/or URLs. An option to build landing pages and forms would be beneficial, also.

Iterable has helped us to scale our marketing efforts with its journeys (workflow) builder tool, and the flexibility it offers to trigger emails based on on-site events
