Cutting edge tech + great CS=huge win
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is constantly adapting to new trends, which is huge. The UI is relatively easy to use, and the product team is always receptive to suggestions from our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't keep clean lists MAU counts will add up fast, and the UI can take a bit getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes sending emails a breeze. From segmentation to analysis, everything can be done in the platform. Excited for the expansion into AI!
Easy to learn platform, excellent support team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Iterable is easy to learn, and has a chat function on the site. We also have a great support team who helps us with our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of the new template experience rolling out next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us to streamline our email and push building process which helps us keep our process organized.
Iterable is the best ESP (but they still have some work to do)
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is by far the best ESP I have worked with, and I've worked with a lot. They have a great drag and drop editor, the reporting is some of the best I've seen, and the ability to use dynamic content has been unmatched. The support team is always on top of things, and even if they don't have an answer right away, I have full confidence that they will find an answer, and won't stop until they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Iterable is constantly making improvements, as an end user, it can be hard to keep up with all of those changes. And sometime,s changes are rolled out without thinking about some of the ripple effects they could have on other aspects of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes it so that we can operate seven totally different newsletter projects, yet still, orchestrate that data with our internal UI so that we can see beyond the limits of just one of the projects. This is invaluable for us, as we send literally tens of millions of emails to millions of clients each and every month.
Iterable has transformed how our business leverages email.
What do you like best about the product?
The people I work with at Iterable, the limitless possibilities it offers our business, the evolving product, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tasks within the platform are tedious and can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us send personalized recommendations to our consumers - enabling a 1:1 relationship.
Always my first recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
The tool truly empowers the marketer to take the reigns of their Lifecycle Marketing program. It's flexible and I rarely run into scenarios where we aren't able to do something - almost anything is possible one way or another. Also I love that you can have a multi-channel strategy all within the same tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some challenges regarding Catalog syncing and ease of use for our engineering team to maximize the benefits of that feature. Also, sometimes UI changes are unexpected and require a bit of a learning curve which is (minorly) disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding more ways for my team to be flexible and creative in solving problems. I love that we can get hacky, and many of the releases stay on theme of empowering the marketer.
Iterable is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, full of features, and has great modern tools. Segmentation and workflows are especially powerful. Iterable is also fast and has great backend capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can use some work. The good thing, however is Iterable has a plug-in to the backend to many BI tools. This is my preferred method of doing data analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a robust tool that allows us to communicate to all our customers efficiently and effectively. Iterable also provides a lot of flexibility to custom-design campaigns.
Helps connect with users effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows our team to effectively manage our user database, and create effective communications to increase engagement with our app. They are always willing to listen to feedback for improvements. Our CSM Stephanie is constantly going above and beyond in our needs, and helps us use the tool to its maximum potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are great improvements to the UX being actively implemented in stages. While this is great, there are sometimes areas where the UX does not match up between different areas of the software. However, the changes to tend to improve our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively knowing which users would qualify for communications for different paths in their journey, and setting up workflows to target these users through different channels.
Iterable allows for personalization and complexity without sacrificing user-friendliness
What do you like best about the product?
I love Iterable for its powerful segmentation and automation capabilities. We can leverage all kinds of user data, from basic info to complex behavioral insights, to create highly personalized, timely campaigns. Its customer support is the best I’ve ever received for a marketing product.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have not run into any significant issues with Iterable, there are sometimes requested product updates that get strung along for a more extended period than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team runs lean, and thanks to Iterable, we have built several automated journeys that continually drive engagement on a large scale. There are always new opportunities to run tests and scale our program, and Iterable makes that possible.
Amazing platform built by the best people in the biz.
What do you like best about the product?
The people are by far what makes Iterable the best. I've worked at four companies now that use Iterable. Every single person is genuine and super smart. The platform keeps growing and adding valuable features. I can't wait to see what they do next!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable puts more power into the hands of marketers to alleviate the constant need for engineering assistance. This allows the teams to focus more on what they do best.
Easy to use email tool with variety of features for user journey personalisation
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is very easy to use and has a gradual learning curve. With a well-set user data model, which the consultant helps you attune, you can create personalised email experiences. Integration consultants and CSMs are better compared to other SaaS tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some unmanaged expectations about integration speed and estimations when we'd be having Iterable be able to send more significant amounts of emails. Connecting Iterable to product analytics tools like Amplitude is not working smoothly, as claimed in docs. The tool is still rough around the edges in some aspects, primarily data interoperability with other systems, which adds manual overhead to the email marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out more personalised and engaging email campaigns which yield higher conversion rates compared to e-blasts we were able to do with less sophisticated tools.
