Best in class platform with excellent customer care

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's segmentation tool is unmatched. The capabilities it provides to better understand user behavior are remarkable. Customer care is top-notch and always step in quickly when issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update to UX drastically slows down an operator's ability to ship and edit campaigns. They introduced far too much friction to do the same thing as before. It seems the friction was intended to safeguard some parts of the software, but to more experienced operators, that slowdown has complicated workflows and efficiency greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable serves as a clean and simple platform that nearly anyone can use. In a large business with ever-changing prios, the ability to onboard people and get them sending in a matter of weeks is critical.

What do you like best about the product?

Automation canvas is easy
Enables easy multichannel campaigns
Dynamic rule writing is really easy to pick up
Using merge fields is easy
Really clean look and feel across the whole platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't go back to previous folders. Only back to top level of folders
Can't clone content modules
No custom drag/drop email templates
Reporting suite could be a lot better but most modern businesses use Tableau or Looker, meaning this isn't crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us increase the retention of both our Sellers and Buyers. This retention means we don't need to spend so much on acquisition partners like Google.
Allowing us to easily set up campaigns across key retention channels.

Essential Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is so essential for our marketing team! We use it whenever we need to send bulk emails to our customers, and it really helps streamline the workflow. The interface, the editing features, everything really, is just easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I would say that I dislike about Iterable. However, if I had to think of something, then I would say that there are often too many changes/updates. So, it could get confusing sometimes if a new update gets applied, and the interface changes. But, in the long run, updates and changes I suppose are needed to help better serve users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows our team to send out mass emails to our customers. The editing tools and preview tools are so easy to use, so this makes our workflow more efficient. We are also able to keep track and monitor the performances and stats for email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has an intuitive and modern UI, which makes it easy to work with. The chat support that comes with the premium support plan is excellent, both in response times and helpfulness. It also has many integrations that allow users to customize features and add functionality as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend engineering work required to integrate Iterable with existing databases is difficult. The drag and drop builder is limited in functionality, making it necessary to know html to design more advanced layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable offers HIPAA compliance and SOC2 Type II security, which was critical for our business. Switching to Iterable allowed us to email more contacts, improving our open rates significantly.

You can customize the experience almost to unlimited capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many out of the box solutions as platforms with more prebuilt templates.

Retention and driving busienss revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Especially when it comes to setting up the email templates for campaigns, it is so easy to apply by select-drag-drop
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do come across where the preview of the email and send proof was different; especially the alignment; it took quite some time to adjust the alignment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of metrics, iterable has done an excellent job on it; when it comes to extracting specific campaign metrics, it was comprehensive and complete!

What do you like best about the product?
We use iterable to launch email blast campaigns for multiple different brands. We also use journeys for content onboarding and welcome series. Iterable is easy to use for a marketer. I would say that if you dream it, you can use iterable to build it. I absolutely love using iterable. Their support team is excellent as well. The support team is great when launching a new journey or doing more complex technical tasks. You can ask them questions or even send them a flow to take a look at to give you peace of mind and have a second set of eyes on something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that iterable is great with all technical aspects. I will say that if something is unfamiliar with HTML or a little inexperienced, it can be a little difficult to build out. But if you ever have any questions, the Iterable support team is there to help you. I would also say that sometimes pulling specific segment analysis is a little difficult. But overall, I really love iterable's platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is constantly improving its product offerings. I also feel like they are continually adding to their product offerings. They take their client's ideas and really listen to the wants and needs of their clients. Overall, I think that Iterable is a great ESP and a great company to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Live chat support is usually fantastic - you get an answer within 5 minutes 95% of the time.

Workflows work consistently well, and are clear to sort out and start new workflows.

Scheduling and building lists are speedy and painless. Iterable seems to deal with large amounts of data with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is going through something of a redesign and some bits still look a bit dated compared to other bits (for example the reporting section)

Occasionally, data ingestion delays can slow down workflows, which is annoying for time-sensitive workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable was our first marketing automation platform and enabled us to set and forget workflows and then come back to them each month to check on successes and make improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's journey builder tool is comprehensive, powerful, and fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still requires me to get support from internal data engineering resources. Which, to be fair, all marketing automation systems would. But it's even more painful with Iterable, to know that you're so close to doing a thing but you "just" need the data pumped in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables me to keep software developers focused on software development, and not to constantly get pulled away from work that only they uniquely can do. Marketers can do their thing with fewer barriers.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is amazing! They are always there to answer any of my questions and will take the time to review/source the correct solution. Also, the team is amazing at accommodating personalization on our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, not happy about the new editor that will be implemented.

Iterable is our one-stop shop for our marketing solution: push notifications, ad-hoc emails, workflows, and SMS.
