What do you like best about the product?
The scalable and reliable performance of the system. The extensive nature of their features. Their support team is incredibly good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's a hard one because I like everything about them. I guess there's room for improvement in their UI (which is still good). They're improving it all the time, so this is only a point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep customer engagement on mobile and web. Prospective customer engagement as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has a helpdesk available at your fingertips. Every question I have ever had has been answered immediately by an actual human, not a bot. Our account holder, Lakenya, is available via email and Zoom meetings whenever I can hop on with him. Other marketing platforms do not come close to the level of customer service that Iterable provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I am lucky to work for a company that utilizes Iterable as our cross-channel marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable unifies our member's data across channels in real-time. Through Iterable we can leverage real-time user, demographic, behavioral and custom event data to trigger individualized messaging and campaigns instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the flowchart view of Journeys and the ease of setting up blast campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively frequently encounter glitches and bugs like campaign updates not saving. Unable to create folders for Audience lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send blast marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, and transactional emails

What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag and drop editor, possibility to use automations, insightful analytic tools about a lot of KPI's
What do you dislike about the product?
A better option for easier implementation of a preference center. Like an easy integration into the email templates to ask users what they prefer and what kind of content they would like to receive. A basic HTML based survey box, where the user can just click on multiple options --> saved into their user profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving of sending our email content to a broader audience base. Easy and efficient analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is the most intuitive tool I've ever used. I highly appreciate the easy way you can segment your campaigns. Moreover, you can report most useful KPI's in 1 minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't write any downside of using Iterable

Iterable help us to know best time to send our campaigns and to automatize all the journeys so that we can save time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The freedom and possibilities that this tool gives me, we have very few restrictions here, so I can implement new strategies and ideas. I also like that the tool is constantly evolving and improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still bugs and temporary problems with some functionalities, but the cool CS team is always supportive in our process and responds efficiently to any requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me lead my company's Marketing Automation strategy and efficiently conduct email marketing activities targeting my customers. With Iterable, I constantly stay in touch with my users in the way and time of my choosing.

Best tool for customer communications

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup any type of customer communications. Emails are easy to build without html editor. SMSs and Push can be also sent to selected customers with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup is hard. Technology and engineering teams need to work to setup internal events and triggers. No provision to add list via csv file. Sometimes, metrics reported have a margin of 2-3%. Customer service has some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is a holistic tool to effectively reach out to app customers via email, SMS, push or in-app notifications. Setting up new campaigns is easy and we get metrics of impact of those communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable support has helped me solve many problems in a time crunch on multiple occasions. They are always so quick to respond and so thorough in their responses. As someone who hasn't used many tools like this - I have been able to learn and grow with their support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the new design update in both campaigns and journeys is a little less user friendly than the rest of Iterable. The added buttons and save processes have added a bit more time on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my position, Iterable is solving problems like creating more automated and streamlined processes for our customers to go through on our site. This has saved me so much time in creating multiple emails that need to be sent out at a particular time.

A simple, yet intuitive tool

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's journey building and data insights into a user's profile/event history make it easy to resolve any issues/track contact touchpoints. I also enjoy the accessibility of editing campaigns within a journey directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to properly install the Iterable SDK due to our unique app platform. Engineering team has stated they could use more in-depth SDK integration guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to reach customers at specific points in their onboarding flow. We can retargeting users who have fallen off the product and re-engage them by sharing educational or upsell materials.
