Iterable customer service has meet all my needs thus far.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the speed of the support chat.

I dislike the user experience for segmentation.

We love Iterable for our healthtech company
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable connects with our tech stack, including our product, to allow us to highly personalize subscriber communications. It is easy to build out journeys, design templates and send blasts. Being a healthcare company, we have to be HIPAA compliant, and Iterable was by far the best HIPAA-compliant marketing suite for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few challenges around our data integration with Mixpanel. However, the Iterable team is always so quick to respond and great with helping us resolve any issues we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable provides us email and SMS capabilities across all of our subscribers, while integrating with our CRM, Analytics and product so we can understand exactly what marketing efforts impact product usage.
Marketing Campaigns made easier using Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
The key features of Iterable, which creates an edge over other products, are
1. Rich online documentation.
2. Iterable is very user-friendly when creating an email or mobile push messages.
3. Integration with 3rd party softwares like Segment and custom email proxy is a plus.
4. Very prompt and responsive support team.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't have any point to dislike the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using an in-house, custom-built marketing tool, which was not so intuitive and did not provide features for reporting, analytics tracking etc. There was a lot of dependency on the development team(s) to understand the tool's functioning.
The documentation level and time spent updating with every enhancement were too high.
Iterable helped us to overcome the problems being faced with custom tool.

Straightforward and robust MA solution
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, very easy to learn and use. Solid functionality and customization for all our marketing automation needs. The open API infrastructure helps with system transparaency and the ability to see everything that is occuring in our platform and connect to other, external platforms. Support is very responsive and always willing to jump in to find work arounds or innovative solutions for anything not directly out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Built-in reporting is a bit lacking, especially at system-level and data hygiene needs. We also find aggregate system reporting a bit circuitous, but Iterable is continually improving functionality and interface. While the open API allows for custome integrations, not having out of the box connections to major other platforms adds a layer of complexity in looking at 3rd party connectors or leaning on our engineering team to build connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating messaging out to all customers and partners based on activity is crucial for our business model. Platform integrations help reduce manual intervention and increases efficiency and productivity across our team.
A Great & Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a great platform that allows me to accomplish personalization and dynamic campaigns with little lift. They are also incredibly responsive when it comes to future improvements which makes me excited for what this platform will bring in 2023.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Iterable can glitch at times and not load campaigns which can be frustrating when I am in the thick of campaign building, but the Iterable team is usually very responsive and helpful when it comes to this error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes it so my organization is able to communicate with our users in a personalized and quick way. With their platform I'm able to execute campaigns easily and without much time invested.
Great Automation partner for growing business!
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Iterable to be a great partner in pushing the boundaries of our we think about our data. They have listened to our needs and worked to find solutions that fit our business, even if they aren't off the shelf. The on-call support team is excellent. I also very much appreciate exposure to the annual Activate Summit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is not Retail so some of our use cases push beyond the norm and the vast majority of our use cases start with phone call not via a web form or web site visit. I would appreciate more proactive strategic outreach and a standing quarterly business review with recommendations pushing us beyond the limits of what we know and accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating legacy processes to a single automation platform, ensuring a more repeatable approach and consistency across workflows. We are also using Iterable to test the interaction of Email, SMS and Direct Mail workflows.
Making Lifecycle Marketing Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple ESPs and I find Iterable to be top-tier. It possesses an amazing balance between providing dynamic features for automation across multiple channels and a reliable support team to troubleshoot any issues experienced. I have already recommended Iterable to another brand for a separate project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is something I "dislike" however, I would love to see Iterable offer additional dynamic features for SMS and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides more options for automating messages across the customer's lifecycle. The functionality handlebars provide allows for a greater level of personalization and additional features such as Send Time Optimization, Quiet hours, Brand Affinity, and more, providing more opportunities to achieve a greater impact for marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been reliable and very communicative since day one. They work with us to get the messaging out there and ensure it's the message we intend. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful with deliverability and support.

What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process seemed to take a long time, longer than I anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email list hygiene and deliverability are the two huge problems I've benefited from. Having a team of knowledgeable experts and a platform like Iterables have been beneficial.
Fantastic and Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has allowed us to grow our marketing program in ways we didn't know were possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some in workflow throttling that we use that could be improved, along with our dynamic to static list conversions that sometimes fail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing sends based on time zones has allowed us to personalize our users' content to maximize engagement. And the use of Heat maps to show our design and Brand teams how our creative is engaged is a fan favorite in all of our recap decks.
