Great CSM
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a great CSM tool for Jewlr's email programs
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an outage not too long ago, which delayed the production of ongoing campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentations for our customers.
Reliable, intelligent messaging platform with great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so reliable I rarely have to reach out to the wonderful support team for any problems I have! The support staff is super knowledgeable and helpful in my experience as well as having an eagerness to learn of our use cases and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary dislikes revolve more around our technology stacks and the technical hurdles in getting data into Iterable. I have yet to encounter anything that I would consider a major dislike about the tool that hasn't been addressed or that I have been educated on from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market and flexibility in testing without a major structural undertaking has really helped our team be more agile and valuable.
Generally good, but parts of it are terrible
What do you like best about the product?
Great WYSIWYG designer, journeys are mostly intuitive, and things generally tend to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experiments are a dumpster fire - you have to go through multiple hoops in order to start one. Completely counterintuitive.
Some of the metrics are useless (e.g. open rates) given the current auto-open world we live in.
The analytics section was designed by a ferret. It's completely useless. I'd be embarrassed to put out a product feature into the wild with that level of quality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool that would be dependable for sending notifications. Iterable is generally easy to use in that respect.
Iterable Has Everything We Need
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is easy to use and very reliable. I appreciate that Iterable is constantly adding new features to help us continuously improve our email marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had anything that I dislike about using Iterable. Their customer service team is quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping us improve our segmentation efforts and make our campaigns more effective. I love that I can easily keep track of all campaigns.
I love the sending power and capabilities of iterable!
What do you like best about the product?
How fast I can deliver email in to the inboxes of my consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data management and send management can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting news in front of our audience in a fast manner. We beat the competition.
An email designer's dream
What do you like best about the product?
The email builder in Iterable is fantastic and incredibly user-friendly. It's intuitive while not being so basic its restrictive. After using MailChimp for years, it was a breath of fresh air. My team can produce dynamic and much more personalized content with Iterable's features in a way that will allow us to "level up" the capabilities of our program in the very near future. We're excited about the new possibilities, highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Iterable reps have been good so far (leagues and beyond the support we got on our former ESP), but I think we're still wanting more personalized and knowledgeable support. I expect better support will come with time as they get to know our needs as a team, so the jury is still out. And to their credit, the staff we've interacted with have always gone back and looked for better answers when we've pushed them to dive in deeper, and that's an encouraging sign. In short, we can tell Iterable's team is newer to offering customer support on the level we need. However, I think as the platform becomes more established, their reps will become more proficient. Something to note but overall and long-term, I personally have no concerns at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We desperately needed an ESP that would give us visibility and ownership over automated (triggered) emails without the need for professional developers. Iterable provided that capability to us. We can now handle set up and maintenance of these types of emails with the skills we have as email marketers.
Iterable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that iterable is the most intuitive email CRM tool that I've used to date. I like that it's easy to simply copy old campaigns and update them with the new subject. It makes it a great platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often changes that are made too quickly to the interface so it can be a little difficult from time to time to get used to the interface. Other than that, I find that iterable works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is solving the issue of having to send multiple individual emails. It allows us at our company to easily submit list, add and update that list, and send emails to multiple customers without much work to do.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
- The level of customization for messages
- Journeys are helpful for automating campaigns or blasts/popups
- Drag and drop editor makes building campaigns and journeys easy
- Ability to put campaigns and journeys in folders and subfolders helps with organization
- Being able to have a journey as a draft and then publish changes later is helpful in ensuring they can be approved before launching
- There's a sandbox, which is helpful for trying out/testing messages

What do you dislike about the product?
- It would be helpful if journeys could be scheduled to start and stop. I don't remember if this was something that could be done previously but I had a difficult time finding this option.
- When you update the template of a campaign to reflect a different design, it resets the entire message and then you have to retype everything. The ability to update/apply a different design/template to a campaign without losing the messaging would be super helpful.
- It would be helpful if the same template designs from the "live" section could be applied in the sandbox. The same templates/designs have to be recreated in the sandbox, which is a hassle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It helps us send messages to our customers via automation (journey), campaign, and popups. The list builder and different conditions that can be selected are also helpful.
Powerful email marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is easy and intuitive to use. There is a lot of flexibility with the layout and styles of email templates. The best part of my Iterable experience was the friendly and helpful customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not include the customer management capabilities of other platforms. This sometimes made it complicated to manage customer lists for sending targeted emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an out-of-the-box email platform that people across any organization can use. You don't need to be a pro email marketer to start using the many tools and capabilities in Iterable.
Great Tool for Lifecycle Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation tool is top notch. I've learned different querying languages but this just makes things soo easy. Also love the workflow tools and the easy visualization with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting dashboard tools leave a good amount to be desired, when I share a dashboard I have created I have no way to share department or organization wide. Hoping this will be added in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All things automation, it saves us so much time and keeps our ship running 24/7. Let's us gain insights through AB Tests, look up users, and view our full customer lifecycle.
