Excellent experience with Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a godsend for our startup's lean marketing team. It's intuitive, chock full of self-service resources like Iterable Academy, and the Customer Success team is incredible at on-boarding and following up diligently. Integrating Iterable was a cornerstone of our quarterly goals and it's already proven its ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It's a good value compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product had never done personalized segmentation in our email marketing before, so Iterable was instrumental in setting that up.

Intuitive platform and the support we receive from the overall business whether product, customer success or finance!

We have a few challenges that are being addressed, and that is what we like about the company and its people...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables us to connect more directly and relevantly with our various audiences across our multiple business lines, which is hard to do in sports when sentiment is so changeable, the benefit is seen in being able to be responsive and learn as we go
Comprehensive notifications platform
What do you like best about the product?
Scalable solution for user engagement and notifications, simple to set up and use from a technical perspective. We have a great relationship with our account representatives so it's a breeze if or when our team encounters any issues or has questions about best using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to accurately predict email volumes and subscriber volumes, which directly impacts our contract and pricing, but our account representatives are very helpful during the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications platform at scale for transactional notifications as well as marketing outreach.
Amazing platform to streamline your marketing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat support we have access to, where I can ask a question on any topic and know I will get the help I need. The platform is very user-friendly and allows you to leverage multiple channels to reach your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more functions for using SMS and monitoring reporting, replies, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Send time optimization, journeys that are easy to set up, assistance with deliverability, enhancements to campaign set up and template set up
Lifecycle platform built by lifecycle marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows for a more sophisticated data structure and lets us deeply personalize our campaigns across multiple channels. Their AI features are getting better and enriching the customer journey through personalization. Iterable is far and away the best email marketing tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature release schedule can be a little slow. It also requires extensive engineering support to get full usage out of the more robust features, but that's probably unavoidable. The native reporting capabilities are underwhelming and not intuitive. Also, if you're looking for a one-stop-shop email tool, Iterable only excels at 1:many email campaigns. For 1:1 email campaigns, as in sales enablement, you'll need a different tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to communicate with our customers and nurture prospects throughout their journey. Iterable allows us to segment by any metric we use to deliver the right experience to the right contact.
Incredible Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The team has been very helpful throughout both the sales and onboarding processes. Migrations are complicated, and they've been incredible in helping us manage all the moving parts, including answering all of our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to split within Journeys beyond 2 options (yes/no split).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the ability to increase personalization across multiple products for our customers.

1. Iterable Team: From the moment we started working with them, their team was there to guide us through every step of the process. They provide expert advice, support and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our team ever has, they always go above and beyond to ensure a smooth resolution.

Phenomenal support and super user-friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Support feels instant, and everyone I speak to has an in-depth understanding of the product and its nuances. I feel that our team is able to push boundaries because of the support we receive for our questions and suggestions. We can also generate great personalized content because of the platform's flexibility. They're always letting us know about incoming improvements to the platform. It is a very intuitive platform and documentation is extremely thorough. In the off chance that documentation only gets you 98% of the way there, the support team is always ready to get you to your goal. Integration to Segment was incredibly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot change a user trait's data type or name once it is cast. Downloading a high-volume CSV from a list takes a very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy personalization, robust segmentation that supports regex is very helpful, and the flexibility within each feature like Journeys and Catalogs is great across our many use cases.
Powerful and Intuitive Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The targeting capabilities using user-generated fields and events have made marketing campaigns more effective and much more personalised for our database. This makes a positive brand experience both for our database and improves our margins for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not the easiest to navigate and can take some work to discover true results. Usually, resort to exporting results and analytics and utilise third-party tools such as Excel, making the process much more manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our audience segmentation, allowing us to target effectively and appropriately for our clients and members. This has significantly improved member brand affinity and improved our reported results for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how scaleable Iteralbe is. The functionality remains top-tier whether you have a database of 1,000 or 500,000 individuals. The system is incredibly fast, unlike some CRMs I have worked with when dealing with a large count of records.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list system was difficult to understand compared to how a contact section operates in a typical CRM. Once I learned how to leverage the list system, it allowed me to have fewer & more organized lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us reach our members by email and SMS in an efficient way. We've automated communications through the journey system that has allowed us to seamlessly communicate with members who come in through various channels.
