Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
You can basically customize what data and what triggers you want for your journeys to your hearts content. There's also a lot of documentation so your engineers/devs know what to do

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of aspects aren't user friendly
-When you download data from the reports dashboard, it splits each campaign's data so to get the full picture you must add all the pieces yourself. Tedious
-When you run experiments, trying to figure out the winner seems impossible. I don't necessarily need a bunch of graphs, I need to figure out which option won the test.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a platform for automated and blast campaigns for both push and email and Iterable fits the bill.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user experience, great customer success manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation is confusing & sometimes support I feel is not as knowledgeable as my customer success manager

None at the moment!
User Friendly Platform with Great Support - Some small improvements would go a long way!
What do you like best about the product?
We've had fantastic support with our account manager Jensen Huddleston. The initial warming process was also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The userface in general could be better. Not allowing MD5 surpression files, segmention capabilities could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and usability of Iterable is unmatched. We operate several projects in iterable for b2b and b2c audiences. Iterable meets all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. They are constantly upgrading the product, and issues we've had in the past were handled with new product releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications with b2b prospects, a b2b community and with end-customers. We are able to manage all comms with iterable through multiple channels.
Powerful tool and wonderful product support!
What do you like best about the product?
The product support is amazing, I have nothing but great things to say about working with the team at Iterable. Beginning as novice users of the platform, they are always quick to respond to questions and provide resources to further our learning. As we've ramped up usage as an organization and carried out integrations with other partners, the Iterable team has been super helpful in making things happen and helping us find solutions to our business needs.
The UI is really easy to navigate and the drag and drop editors make setting up and deploying emails super simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think for marketers without coding skills there is a bit of a learning curve needed to incorporate dynamic content through the use of handlebars. I have utilized other ESPs in the past that were a bit more user friendly in that regard with more prebuilt options for dynamic customization. As a one man email team, I've often found it frustrating that it's hard to action on things I know that the platform can do without a technical resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating email journeys and conducting A/B tests to learn more about the content that resonates best with our audience and what strategies drive the greatest returns.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an intuitive platform that is easy to learn, they constantly ask for feedback, they are receptive when users have issues, and are regularly rolling out new features. Their capabilities help us successfully execute our multichannel marketing strategy
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that I would like to use that are only available through third party paid integrations. Would love more native features to enhance our efforts

Iterable allows us to send personalized information and sort users based on the day that they signed up which is extremely helpful for our individual use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Regarding Iterable's interface, I appreciate the updated layout for setting up and creating campaigns. I also like the option to create a template first and add it to a campaign or create it directly from the campaign editor.
Our campaigns have also benefited from the ease of using handlebars and custom links to bring information.
Customer support has been fast and accurate when we have had trouble.

What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the platform's user-friendliness, it might take newcomers some time to get used to all the advanced features. Perhaps more comprehensive onboarding resources would alleviate this issue.
While the analytics provided are insightful and helpful, I would appreciate a better customizable dashboard. It would be great to have lists/segments performance, content performance, custom events performance, campaign comparisons, etc.
I know it is a matter of the current plan we have, but I'd love it if we had more sits for support tickets request.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, the marketing side of our email strategy is supported by Iterable. It has been helpful in running both successful automated and blast campaigns. Also, we have run several AB tests in order to improve engagement rates.
Currently, we are in the process to implement more Iterable features such as catalogs, push notifications, and in-app messages; we are so excited!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and capabilities of the platform make it so as long as you have the data, you can do almost anything. Email, SMS, in-app, the capabilities are endless, and with the additions to the AI suite, the platform is getting more and more innovative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does require quite a lot of prework with development to bring in enough data to make usable, and requires consistent monitoring to ensure data continues to flow into the platform correctly.

Iterable allows us to target both our prospective and existing customers with targeted, personalised marketing across multiple channels. It allows us to continue to plan and innovate for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has everything - the ability for personalization, automate, segment, and the analytics and reporting features are easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There definitely has been a learning curve and I still feel like I'm learning every day. There are also some limitations to email building for just regular marketers without HTML background. Some limitations on Journeys but otherwise a great platform.

Sending marketing emails and sms, automation for certain flows, segmenting users to market to them better
If you can dream it, you can build it
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizeable. If you have the engineers and the tech, you can build whatever you want within Iterable. We pass through user properties, custom events and event properties that are highly individualized to our business. This allows us to build sophisticated segments and journeys unique to us. There is a lot of capability within the campaign builder, from experiments & dynamic content, to scheduling and organization. Snippets and variables are an amazing tool to make you more efficient and deliver individualized content.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a lot of freedom, also come a lot of things that can break. Whether it's on our end, or a bug on the Iterable side, we do often have troubleshooting. Also don't love the way journeys are setup for more innovative SMS strategies.

Iterable allows us to automate our winning strategies for each segment. We deliver highly individualized campaigns based on the actions, behaviors and characteristics of each user.
