Extremely efficient at managing the full customer lifecycle.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization in the platform is great, there are tons of different channels to utilize and opportunitites for user touchpoints everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any CRM, there's a bit of a learning curve. But nothing to really dislike, they continue to improve the UI and make it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us reach the right user at the right time in their journey.
Powerful analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable helps to acheive business goals for our lifecycle team with easy-to-use platform capabilities. We're able to execute on strategies quickly for big wins due to majority of functionalities needed already exisiting (and if not, the iterable team is great at providing alternative solutions)
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside is the occasional outages which is realitively normal for most ESPs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iterable is helping us personalize our email comms and reach users at the right moment to incite conversions
Customization and innovation
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is *the tool* for lifecycle marketers to run wild with. With the right internal resources there are endless possibilities to ingest and leverage data. Journey and campaign creation is intuitive, and the new experimentation UI is equally as impressive.
The team at Iterable does a great job of innovating new products and features that have impact and are immediately actionable. Recent examples that come to mind are the "hold until" tile in journey studio and "frequency caps" in settings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Three things: (1) expense and (2) it's not plug and play and (3) not a native B2B tool
Many of the features to unlock true benefit/ROI have a cost associated. It's up to you to determine what your org needs in the near and long-term.
It's not accessible to every marketer - your org needs technical resources to run. Would love to see more plug and play apps/integration. E.g. plug in a "review" content block in template builder, adjust some settings, and be able to populate templates with real/relevant reviews - without needing to code or technical background.
Iterable was also built for B2C brands and you can tell - would love to see more B2B-specific features to solve some of our hang ups.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to achieve highly personalized journey automation in ways that our other martech tools cannot support. Connecting the message to impact and iterating on what isn't working is the secret sauce.
Powerful email automations with a few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
It's got a lot of functionality — our team can draft, test, and send messages, but also create templates, automate user journeys, and add extensive dynamic content to emails. We use the Catalog feature to customize product content in our emails, which has been useful. Our CSMs at Iterable have been consistently helpful and friendly. In the year or so that we've used Iterable, there have been several major additions and improvements to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few quirks with the drag & drop editor mean that many emails get drafted in the HTML or WYSIWIG editors, which are overly complicated and time-intensive for simple emails. We've also come across bugs in a few of the more complex handlebars functions that have stumped our team and our Iterable support alike. The reporting is good for static emails but is missing useful analytics for emails with dynamic content. The Catalog interface, when we need to manually make additions or changes, is clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We market different products to different segments across a wide customer base, and Iterable allows us to dynamically create those emails. It also allows us to automate common user journeys.
The Best Way for Creating Event-Triggered Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like the event tracking that I was able to connect across my website to easily build event-triggered emails and lists. The segmentation feature is also incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics could be cleaner. There are some reporting options that I am missing that I wish I had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has issues with data tracking and Iterable has helped us to better understand our customer base with the segmentation tool and event-tracking.

Iterable Makes Dynamic Emailing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having used many different ESP's, no emailing platform has the fexlibility and segmentation options that Iterable does. The UI is slick and the personalization opportunities they give you are endless. For marketers that care about optimizing deliverability, Iterable is the ESP I reccomend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process is extensive, but the onboarding team is extremely helpful and once you're setup it's smooth sailing. Any complaints I have had they've already improved in recent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending personalized emails from multiple domains at scale is nearly impossible with most ESP's, but with Iterable it's a piece of cake. Their team of deliverability experts have helped us navigate all sorts of roadblocks in the past. As email continues to evolve, it's nice knowing we have them in our corner.
Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with an incredible support team. The implentation was very daunting but they made it an approachable and easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dynamic content can be tricky for those without coding skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure you are marketing to the right person at the right time is very easy to do with Iterable's smart send time optimization and segmentation features.
Iterable product review
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's product has improved immensely since we started using it. As a heavy user, I like the updated reporting features and changes to the overall campaigns/journeys experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is an issue for us, particularly as a business that does not send many batch and blast emails - meaning we are paying for an immense amount of users who are essentially dormant. I think the template builder could still use some improvement and additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable's most critcal role in our business is the ability to remarket to and upsell our customers. This is a major revenue stream for us and keeps the user moving through the purchase funnel at a very critical time.
