Iterable is good but not great in getting popular innovative tools onboard.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and our customer service manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other tools makes it less user-friendly. It's unnecessarily complicated as compared to other tools in the market and lack basic features like folders for lists which makes things messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Automating a series of emails to target the right segment of audiences.
Been working with Iterable for 5 years, fun to watch it evolve and improve
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's UI is very easy to navigate across template building, journey building and foldering. We've also enjoyed the support we've gotten since we got upgraded to a Strategic customer success manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle to implement complex experiments without a pretty heavy operational lift, so would love to see some updates to their native experimentation feature. Reporting is rather limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable's multichannel approach makes it easy to manage all our channels in one spot. We implement email, direct mail (through webhooks), push, SMS and in-app through Iterable.
Iterable is extremely user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Iterable is extremely easy to understand - even without a demo, the platform itself is pretty self-explanatroy. Additionally, they take your needs/recommendations into consideration when deploying new features and tools and the reps do a great job of answering any questions you have an keeping you updated on upcoming changes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting tools could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to send out automated emails in journeys using drag-and-drop tools, increasing efficiency and eliminating the need of HTML/CSS knowledge to craft and send emails.
Iterable in a nutshell
What do you like best about the product?
Our entire team has learned how to use it in a matter of months, making it a great collaborative tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting options are very limited and make it difficult to get valuable insights or track functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterbale has solved many of our efficiency issues as we head towards automation for email marketing.
Powerful tool, easy to use, however has pain points for our B2B2C marketing needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful multi-channel marketing with fast response times even at scale (have used platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud where automations would break once was in the multi-millions of users level), fairly easy learning curve
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization does B2B2C marketing and the flat data structure has been a detriment for client level customizations that are critical for our business needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing at scale for B2B2C consumer marketing campaigns; direct revenue generation
Intuitive and customizable marketing channel platform
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a very adaptable platform for the various diverse needs that my company and I have. We utilize Iterable not only for our own fairly straightforward D2C communications, but we're able to use Iterable's project settings to create unique platforms for our enterprise clients.
For example, we have one project with a client where their agents are set as the users. User profiles update automatically when a new customer is logged with an agent/user, which in turn triggers emails (representing events at different parts in the sales funnel) to the agents with a CTA to reach out to said customer. It's a very cool application that meets the unique needs of this particular client, and Iterable has been the perfect the platform to accomplish this.
I would also be remiss not to mention how great the Iterable team is at listening to customers wishes and requests and making frequent platform updates and improvements. In the almost two years I've used Iterable now, I've seen some really cool and handy features drop that have improved my own experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm savvy enough with programming languages, I am still a sucker for platforms that incorporate a lot of functions into a user-friendly UI. Iterable is most of the way there, but still has some functions that I think could stand to head in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, how to adapt to the various and unique marcomm requirements of multiple enterprise partners.
Extremely User Friendly and Sophisticated
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows for sophisticated email marketing without knowledge of HTML. Templates, lists, segmentation, and testing are all easy to use. Customer support is high quality--my dedicated technician is always available to answer questions or help me develop strategy/conduct experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to keep up with new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing in one platform
Built in analytics
AI enhancements like user affinity lists

Wishing Iterable could improve their UI
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data that we're able to track in the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to visualize the points/mediums from which users interact with our brand.
The event history is not friendly enough to efectively visualize the historic interactions from a single user or even a company. It's hard to know if they filled out a form, things that are not necesarily part of the customer journey itself, but happen before the customer actively is looking to purchase.
There's no tying between users / companies.
Visualizing the performance of campaigns lacks functionalities, the way that we can currently filter dates is not intuitive and you need to learn that you should account for more days in order to get the full data range you're looking for.
Wish Iterable could hold forms.

Tracks events and customer data across different mediums.
Helps us set up workflows.
"Wish their event payloads were consistent"
Iterable is not very usefull when it comes to customer retention.
Not a very handy CRM tbh.

A Robust, Intuitive ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an easy to use, intuitive ESP. We are able to use Iterable automate our entire marketing program with dozens of campaigns and journeys, each with various dynamic fields and templates.
I'm impressed with amount of data Iterable is able to hold and reference.
Lastly, the customer support through the platform and through our account representative is always immediate and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The journey capabilities could be further built out to allow things like a send limit per day (not just per minute). We sometimes have to come up with creative workarounds for features that do not exist, such as a daily send limit.
Additionally, we would like to see better alerting built into Iterable. Right now, alerting is very limited - you can't apply specific alerts to a specific campaign. We would like to see this limitation changed to avoid the need for 3rd party services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to automate most of our email marketing campaigns. This prevents us from having to build net new emails daily in order to keep the program running. Secondly, Iterable's features allow for a lot of testing, which helps us learn about what works and does not work.
Iterable allows us to populate data in dynamic templates and fields live. This is a small feature that saves us a huge amount of time. We are able to test different versions of the email live in the platform as opposed to having to build out numerous templates and or having to send proofs to our inboxes to view different versions of dyanmic templates.

Very good experience with iterable.
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is very good at providing evidence that we as a company have sent out communication to said customers. It is something we can rely on when querying customers' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that some email providers do not accept our emails and customers complain that they do not receive our emails. Need more cohesion between email providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us to send out mass emails to our customers. Iterable helps solve the problem of whether emails or text messages were sent as you're able to log into iterable and see whether they received this said communication.
